EDINBURGH CLINIC (walk-in clinic is closed today)

Arrived when the clinic opened at 9am, was didn't get to even check in until 9:20am, receptionist was in slow motion. Ok not that big of a deal yet, as there were a few people in front of me. I was in for a simple physio referral, receptionist tells me to come back for 10am and I'll get to see a doctor between 10-10:30am. She takes a personal call for 2min in the middle of while I am checking in, ok still not a big deal I think. I arrive back at 9:55am, there is only one person in the small waiting are beside the pharmacy. The receptionist desk is facing the waiting area and she sees me get back. I wait patiently, a bunch of people walk in and are able to see the doctor, it's now 11am and I walk up the reception like I was supposed to get in between 10-10:30am

Best walkin I’ve been too, they are fast and clean, staff is nice. Same wait time as any other, but they give you a time window to return for your appointment in which is great.

Ayla is wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable and kind and is invested in her clients. I would recommend anyone looking for laser hair removal to go see her.

Worse clinic i ever visited. I hope there was a way to review them negative.I went at 9:30 am, was told me to come back at 12.30 pm i came at 12.30 and waited 2.5 hours to see doctor. Lots of people came after me and they got checked before me.I was almost last one who got to see doctor. Its insame to wait 2.5 hours to see doctor. I told them i have to go to job please do something for me but they told me that they needs to prioritize appointments and family doctors patients.If their name said walk in clinic why are they prioritize appointments they should not take any appointments. They should serve fist come first serve basis.They didn't told me that i need to wait 2.5 hours. They only told me it more than 30mins. I requested 3 times to receptionist that i can't wait i need to go for job but i didn't got any positive response. I ended up loosing a day at my job.Worst service ever. I will not preferred anyone to go to here.

For laser hair removal, I visit an Edinburg clinic. Ayla is wonderful. Anytime I'm with her, I feel at comfortable. Following the second session, I began to see benefits. With regard to scheduling, she is accommodating, and she completes the session swiftly and effectively. She was really generous as well.

My daughter visited the clinic today, and waited for four hours. The staff had obviously forgotten to put her on the waiting list, and other patients arriving after her were being taken in. Once she finally got to see the doctor, she explained one concern and it was dealt with, and then was told she could not discuss a second matter at the same visit. This would have been good to know, as the second issue was more serious. Very disappointed to hear this from my daughter, and feel this was very poor service on all levels. If you attend this clinic, I would suggest double checking that they have actually put you on the list, and be aware they will only discuss one concern per visit, which, if this is not visibly posted in the office, definitely should be.

I wish I could give a negative review. Please train your receptionist to talk to patients better. You won’t have a healthy person calling to see a doctor but someone who is suffering or in pain and needs attention. I called just now and I wanted to see a doctor and advised the lady that I work from Monday - Friday from 9-5 and since the clinic is open until 7, if I could get an appointment after 5. I was even open to go in next week or the week after. She said it’s walk in only and you can only see a doctor if I come to the clinic on a Friday at 9 am to set up an appointment , either the lady lacks communication skills or has no intentions of doing her job properly. She just said bye and hung up! Really pathetic!

I got my laser services from Ayla and she is Amazing!She is so accomodating and I started seeing results within few appointments.Highly recommend her.

Great clinic. I get laser hair removal from Ayla. She is professional and kind and is very accommodating with appointments. I am also so pleased with my results. Would highly recommend her services.I also attend this clinic for the doctor and have had good experiences. The pharmacy staff is also exceptional.
