I had my car serviced here for the first time today. My thoughts:I dealt directly with the shop owner via email, phone, and in person. I've noticed that every good mechanic shop I've been to in the past operates this way.The owner runs a tight ship and makes sure everything is done properly. There's nothing more annoying then dealing with a service advisor who tries to upsell you on things you don't need.I also liked the fact that I was emailed a detailed report/estimate in writing about the work I was about to have done.They even included photos of the worn parts which I liked.In this case, I had a worn control arm replaced and an alignment done.The price was very reasonable and the estimate was spot on in the end.I was very impressed with this shop. Keep up the good work!

My new go-to place. I stopped going to Verwey Automotive after being ripped off a few times and even though this is slightly out of the way, this shop makes it worth the while. Adam is a stand-up guy and someone you can trust with a no BS yet accommodating approach.They let me bring my own parts in, flexible with scheduling and finish on-time (or earlier). I bring my beater work van to them and even though they could easily write up a list of things they can fix and upcharge, they stuck only and exclusively to exactly what I had asked for with no additional BS.I’m glad I found this shop - I’ll be bringing in my other cars to them as well.

Have been using BAW for some time now for servicing my car. I receive prompt service at a reasonable price. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and I don’t have to listen to any canned music.

Adam and the team were very thorough and prompt with the service- really appreciated the detailed report I got and confirmation on diagnostics before going ahead. Will definitely be back!

Burlington Auto was super quick on responding and answering all my questions, they were in the perfect spot for my home. They did great work on my car and provided me a detailed report of how my car was doing and any recommended repairs needed. It was so interesting to read and the service was amazing. I am 100% going to use Burlington auto again in future.

Very happy with Burlington Auto Works! They were very honest, which is super important. There was a bunch of stuff going on with my 2008 Ford Edge and they told me what could wait to be fixed, and what couldn’t. My car was fixed in less than a day, the price was good, and they are conveniently located. Highly recommend!
