Maintenance wasn't very responsive. Specially when the elevator broke down and took them about 2 weeks to fix. (Wasn't a very good experience as it happened during moving in, and it was the only elevator in the 4 floors building) C building.. not happy moving my furniture through 4 levels stairs.. the gym is small .. no pool, only 2 hot tubs and they can't get them to work since 3 years. Maintenance fees around $500/month.. but the biggest plus is the location indeed, close to almost every thing and cleaning also is a plus

Perfect place for a small family or a starter home, there is a nature trail behind this building.....building is a loft concept

Will give this building 0 star if I can. Horrible place to live in. These are more of an apartments, not condos. We have been living here since last 8 months, they haven't completed balconies yet. People came in for audit and took notes of what needs to be done in balcony and it has been couple months but nobody showed up again to finish off anything. I don't mind pet friendly building but there are dogs barking all the time (very loud). Dog peeing on the hallway carpet has happened as well and owners ignored. There is construction going on always, so alot of drilling noises and banging in the walls. If you are sick, old or have a baby or maybe just need a rest day, this is an awful place. I came in contact with so many people who are just not happy living here and have so many complaints. These so called condos are very tiny and not spacious at all and are very poorly built. After 2 months of moving in, one of the door hinges fell out and guess what we have found, a piece of cardboard to hold it together and make it work. Now all the door even entrance door started to get stuck. There are these pipes or I dont know what it is in the walls and ceiling, there is knocking and banging noise that just comes out of nowhere. It is a brand new building but their AC system has already been broken down. Their firealarms goes off for no reason. When we first moved in it was a nightmare because sometimes it was happening twice during midnight or very early morning because of poorly constructed building. It still happens for no reason couple times a month. It's not quite or peacful place to live and looking forward to move out soon.

A little bit complicated the ways to Toronto. The neighborhood is ok , a little noisy to tell the true but there are lots of stores near the place .

You’ll spend about 10-15 minutes everyday waiting for an elevator that is only 6 floors. Also not sure what kind of work the maintenance people Do as they will enter your suit and fix absolutely nothing but will continue to request access. Also they’ve had hot tubs sitting there for almost 2 years.

Moved in last year and just now the balconies were completed. Multiple visits" from random people posing to be from "ADI Developments" would just enter my unit

For a modern condo, you could not ask for more. Fantastic location, great people and a management team that actually gets stuff done.

The units are very poorly built. Hinges and drawers fall out after 1 month of moving in.The fire alarm goes off once every two weeks for about a half hour, if not longer as the superintendent is not on site so everybody needs to wait for the superintendent to come. The site workers are not considerate of cars parked in the driveway. My wife has two very large scratches in her car due to workers walking past cars with their tool belts.I can't believe the amount the the builders and workers have cut corners and been able to get away with it in this building.

Right next to multiple highways and facing a provincial park. Great trails, great nature.

Really like this place now: very good location (back to Bronte Creek, and 5 minutes walk to Appleby Crossing shopping center), and good size of apartment complex (big enough to have some meaningful common facility like gym and security, but not too big to lose a sense of close community).Gradually we see more shops and service there, though apparently affected by Pandemic. Hope they can get some good lunch shops there, like maybe Thai Express?
