Dr. MacDonald is fantastic. She has amazing bedside manner and I felt so comfortable reviewing all of my options with her. I have been dealing with an issue that has caused me a lot of self confidence issues since early teens. After being told numerous times by my local doctors that there was nothing they could do I was able to ask for a referral to Dr.MacDonald. Not only was she super caring and kind through the whole process she really went above and beyond being able to get me in for a second operation to make everything perfect. And big thank you to Stacey in the office for making sure every question I had was answered promptly and being very helpful in general. We’re very pleased that Dr. MacDonald treated our 9 year old daughter for a nevus on her face. My daughter was very nervous to have surgery let alone a needle put near her face. I have seen Dr. Macdonald a couple of times and she is so amazing. She makes you feel super comfortable with your experience, whether it’s a major surgery or even a small injection. I knew the moment I walked in for my 1st consultation and met her she was going to take good care of me. She is super knowledgable in her field and understanding of each individual patients needs. Her staff are very friendly and super accommodating. They go above and beyond after each procedure to make sure you are taken care of. I was given her scar cream and it worked great on my scarring. I highly recommend her and will definitely be going back to her for future things.
