First time here. Came here looking for a specific massage chair for my mom - an Osaki massage chair. Staff is pretty friendly amd attentive. Prices were decent and they have a good selection available. Overall I would return if I needed another massage chair and I do recommend to those who are in the market for a good Osaki massage chair.

Titan World - Osaki Massage Chairs
The worst service I’ve ever seen. We have an $8000 massage chair that has been broken and not working properly for 8 months and these guys refuse to do anything about it. Saying I have to install my own computer board and handle the labor end. This is extremely frustrating considering the amount we spent and zero protection we received. These guys promise the world until issues arise.
