I would give this clinic 6 stars if I could. The vibes felt like home and Dr. Wat and her nurse took care of me like I was family. I was very stressed, but felt immediate ease during my procedure. I am very thankful for their calming and caring demeanors.

Dr. Wu is an exceptional dermatologist who combines extensive knowledge and expertise with a genuine care for his patients. His professionalism, compassion, and thoroughness in addressing my concerns were truly impressive. I highly recommend Dr. Wu for anyone seeking outstanding dermatological care!

When I scroll through these reviews here, I'm pretty sure they were probably written by Dr Wu's friends or paid reviews. There is no way every single person had a great experience with this place.The company is disorganized and very bad with responses. I had laser treatment done back in May and requested information and it took almost about 2 months of going back and forth to get it. The service itself wasn't even all that great either, sitting in a small hot room with no AC was very uncomfortable. The assistant for Dr. Wu didnt seem friendly either, felt like she didn't want to be there and had no customer service skills. Furthermore, the laser treatment Dr. Wu provided did nothing in terms of my allergic skin condition. It's still the same after almost 2 months. Raised, itchy blotched skin. Dr. Wu assured me that treatment would cure my condition after 1 treatment. It didnt, and for this reason it was a complete waste of time and money. For those referred to Dr. Wu by their family doctors I would advise them to ask for another doctor and for those thinking about getting work done by Waterfront Skin & Laser, I would probably recommend checking out another place.

Dr. Wu is the best kept secret in Vancouver. He makes you feel comfortable and heard and his credentials speak for themselves. I would recommend anyone who wants to take care of their looks and any issues they want to fix to see Dr Wu.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Douglas Wu.His expertise from prep, surgery, to follow up were exemplary.Having seen other dermatologists in the past, it's rare to find a doctor with such a patient-focused approach these days. Especially one that actually spends quality time to address all your concerns.He's my best kept secret.Thank you Dr. Wu!

Dr. Douglas Wu is excellent, great bedside manner, knowledgable, patient and kind. I highly recommend. I went in for laser skin rejuvenation, botox, tattoo removal and removal of cancer tattoo's from radiation treatment. He removed the cancer tattoo's for free. Assistant, Brittany is lovely, very down to earth and efficient and professional. Alan at the front counter is very pleasant as well.Thanks team! Dr. Wat is a young and compassionate doctor who cares very much about her patients. Rare these says!She was the first one ( after having seen 5 other dermatologist!) who diagnosed immediately that the “rash” on my skin was melanoma. A biopsy was done immediately and a week later she removed it. Dr. Wat is one of those very few professionals who connects with people and listens to what you have to say. Needless to say, her diagnostics are “ bang on”.Without any reservation I would recommend you to see Dr. Wat with any dermatology issue you might have. I am sure, you will - just like me - know that you are in very good hands.

I highly recommend Dr. Heidi Wat! I had a benign cyst on my cheek and she listened to my issues with empathy and explained how she will surgically remove the cyst. She was efficient, effective and a miracle worker!Her surgical skills are amazing and you would never guess I had a cyst a month before! My go-to dermatology!Highly recommend!!

I travel around for work and I was pleasantly surprised when I got referred to this dermatology clinic in Vancouver on short notice. Dr. Wat saw me promptly, diagnosed my skin cancer, and scheduled surgery quickly.Dr. Wat and her team were knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. The healing process went exactly as described, and the stitches were perfect.Months later, the signs of surgery are barely noticeable. I'm so grateful that Dr.Wat managed to help me and relieve me of my stress.

I was referred to Dr. Heidi Wat to remove a mole I hated. She was very knowledgable and went over different options and explained each very clearly. I had this mole on my face for as long as I can remember, went for several consults but never ended up doing it because I was scared of having a big scar. Dr. Wat and her staff seem to genuinely care about me and were very accommodating, so I figured it’s now or never…. Im glad I did because the entire process was very comfortable and Dr. Wat did an exceptional job with the surgery. The staff were so fun and it was such a positive atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back if I need other skin surgeries!
