Food is always good, however their hours posted are not what they seem to follow. . Just tried going. It's 9pm, says open till 10. But it's closed.

Good food, great service! Can't rate atmosphere, since I haven't been inside.I'd like to request the triple berry orange Julius/smoothie though! Having to always go to Bower mall takes alot of time, and they don't serve burgers.

Everyone is nice. Ice cream cakes are great. Food is exactly what you expect from a franchise fast food joint. Mediocre at best

Good food, alright seating, the tables were dirty with crumbs but easily brushed away with a napkin. I order a poutine but it had no cheese in it. I ordered a burger without lettuce but still got lettuce. Half of the drinks weren’t working. My family ordered blizzards but each one has barely any toppings and the sugar cookie blizzard my sister ordered was just plain vanilla. And half of them were given to us melted.

I love the DQ crispy chicken salad. Just don't get it at this DQ. All the salad had was lettuce no cheese no bacon about five pieces of orange tomatoes. The worst salad from any DQ I've had

Ended up getting a crispy chicken wrap, fries and a milkshake. The food was freshly made, the service was amazing & the milkshake was on point! It was all so delicious. I find that some dairy queens don't make good ice cream. It can taste like water downed milk. But this place had really good ice cream. Definitely recommend it!

Horrible service. Waited over half hr for two blizzards and 1 small cone ..not sure who's managing this place tonight bit they need to get there employees to pay attention..if I was in drive through I'd be even more unset

I just spent $48.77One meal they forgot substitute the fries for onion rings.The other meal they forgot to poutine my fries.A few mushrooms on my mushroom Swiss.Barely any peanuts when I paid for extra on my parfait.Got ranch instead of honey mustard.But the real disappointment isn't the order being wrong, it was the poor customer service that I witnessed between the female dairy queen employee with the long brown hair/she was heavier set (sorry) and three customers after me.Rolling your eyes at customers who are ordering, she told a customer that there are signs on the door, perhaps he should know the rules of Covid. She gave attitude to a lady who asked a question about a cake that was preordered. The best part was when I heard her cursing while complaining to another employee on her headset about a customer.There are no reasons for this behaviour.When I told my male server about it he just awkwardly smiled while shrugging his shoulders. Hence the reason for this post.
