7-Eleven

Here we go again... their listed as being the only 7-eleven in town that’s still open 24/7 but yet again when I arrive, can I pick up what I need? Nope...

Pretty standard 7-11. They have all the convenience goods, snacks and small meals of a typical store. The staff are usually friendly. Pricing is cheap and food is filling. They have zero parking. Street metered parking is close, as is a parkade. They have some small electronics for charging cables, headphones etc.

Biggest rip off in town. Prices are not as listed in the store. Everything goes up in price at the register. Double check your bill before you pay if you end up going here. This 7-11 should be reported for lying to customers and false advertisement of prices.

I was in urgent need of TUMS at 3:00 am and nobody opened the door. I rang the bell a few times but not sure if the bell even worked. What's the point of it being open 24 hours if I can't get into the store to buy stuff.

Horrible service and attitude. When they have no milk or cream they don’t say it and they don’t do anything to sort it out. Once an homeless took a Boston cream cone back in and put it back on the shelf. Nobody threw it away. They left it there to be sold. Adding to it: your reply is a joke and that link doesn’t fix anything actually doesn’t work either!!! Cheating ppl is illegal. Also, your prices at that loc are higher than whatever other 7/11???

Cashier lady didn't say hi back to any of the many customers greeting her. Lol. I also got told to move my items over closer to her and then bagged my own items. Crazy

Make sure you check your bill because they tend to add random items onto your bill just like other people mentioned below. I visited the store twice at around 12am-1am and the small middle eastern young woman repeatedly charged me for items that I didn’t buy. I already submitted a complaint.

Beware -check your bill - you could be double charged at 99 Smithe StreetVancouver,Sandeep is running a scam by double charging customers with the bill of the previous customer's purchases (or perhaps stealing from 7-eleven by adding his own items to unsuspecting customers). He charged us CAD$12 for a 500ml bottle of water and a packet of chewing gum which was outrageous (while the computer screen showed $22 even worse). We paid and then got the wrong change. When we confronted him about it he pretended it was a mistake but when asked to produce a receipt, our 2 items were part of a much longer list of items we didn't purchase. He couldn't explain why the other items were on our purchase list. And then he did not give us the right change. Today 12 July 2019. We should have called the police but instead are letting you know here.

customer service is good.But there are some things at store which are not on there proper place like a The microwave is lying down, which makes it difficult, if you heat something, you have to bend. It should be at a proper height so that all customers can comfortably heat their food.

Had my gift card problem not loaded money but manager here treated us at their best to solve the problem and even gave us a free coffee. Best 7 eleven yet I ever visited so far.
