My dog went in to distress on a Saturday nite around 8pm..I called the emergency line and the vet was there in 12 minutes.Great service and a very reasonable bill at the end.will definitely make him my vet from now on

Today we had to help our Basset Hound Maisie over the Rainbow Bridge, I called just after they opened at 8am as her health had deteriorated dramatically over the weekend and they said to bring her in at 11am, the compassion and understanding was immidiate because of the nature of my call and this continued up untill we left the facility. Iron Creek have cared for our 2 hounds and cat for the 2+ years we've lived here in Galahad, I cannot speak highly enough of the care, compassion, professionalism and attention to detail, not only for the animals but for us as owners displayed by eveyone associated with Iron Creek. They made today way more easier for us than I was anticipating. If I could give 10 STARS I would without hesitation. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they take the time to explain everything and we've never felt rushed.Thank you to all the staff for everything you've done today and in the past. Dr.Evelyn and her staff provided us with great service. You can tell they all love what they do, and provided us with the best possible care and gave us options and opinions on how to proceed with the care of our boy Rusty. She is very kind, compassionate and thorough when trying to figure out our dog’s health issues. The receptionist at the front desk was very caring, comforting and sweet too. I would highly recommend them if you are considering which vet to take your fur babe too.

We had a late night horse emergency and Dr. Evelyn was so awesome with explaining the situation and the procedure she was going to try on him. It was 11:30 at night and she went above and beyond what I expected to be told in our situation. I highly recommend taking all your animals big and small to this clinic

I am very pleased with the care my dog received with Dr.Duplain and her associates . Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Today I held my 19 year old cat as he took his last breath. Thank you Dr. Duplain for your kindness and understanding. My son and I were very impressed. Thank you for taking time to listen to my cat stories. You brought some comfort to a very difficult situation.

The staff and veterinarians here are all very friendly and you can tell they care about the animals. It is difficult to give a rating because of course being rural they have less options available in more complex issues/injuries, which we have dealt with in a cat with c-spine separation we eventually had to euthenize, some horse teeth issues they refer out to a Sherwood park clinic for, and they have told me they don't do mini horse's dentistry because they don't have the equipment. With a pony we have with Cushing's we have to look up information ourselves through specialty support group and then relay that to the vets helping with our pony for management and protocols. But overall they are quite accommodating and willing to work together.With routine care we have had no concerns with any of our animals!Thank you to Iron Creek Vets for all you do ♥️
