I can't say enough about how awesome everyone is at Cambridge Smiles! I had anxiety going to the dentist that I didn't want to pass onto my kids. When I switched to Cambridge smiles it made going so much easier. They are considerate, knowledgeable and make sure you feel comfortable while you are there. They are fantastic with my kids too.

Wonderful receptionist and great hygienist! I'm always impressed. The hygienist was really thorough and very informative. They always have my best interest in mind and they're the best dentist I've ever had. The dentist seemed very professional and also offered some very good advice

E. Witulska DO NOT LET THIS DENTIST TALK YOU INTO UNNECESSARY DENTAL WORK. DO NOT CHANGE OUT METAL FILLINGS UNLESS THEY ARE FAILING OR HAVE A CAVITY! BETTER YET FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!I was in for a simple referral and a check up. I had no painful teeth, no painful fillings and had no problem eating anything. On June 20/22. Witulska saw one or two fillings that showed possible issues one could POSSIBLY have a cavity. She kept on and on about while it’s frozen let’s do all your fillings. I finally, against my better judgment gave in . An appointment to replace all fillings on the left side was for the next day. While doing the work she hit a nerve and for the next 6 weeks I was in excruciating pain. They adjusted the bite but that didn’t help, I could not eat anything on that side. I had an appointment with another dentist because of the pain who tapped my molar. OMG the pain! Finally 6 weeks and the pain is gone but now I have an infection and my fear came true the tooth is dead, needs a root canal or might have to be pulled. Putting an implant there is not an option. I AM SO DISGUSTED that a dentist would do unnecessary procedures for money that causes pain, suffering and ultimately the loss of a tooth. I said exactly that before she started. “I’m afraid something will go wrong then I will need a root canal which will fail and I will loose another tooth, please do them one at a time!” …….and here we are!…..oh and she maxed out my dental for the whole Year.

Warm and friendly staff.Dr. Witulska very kind, very professional. She takes time to explain treatments required. I value her recommendations.

Update from yesterday:I brought my son to get some work done. Generally I ask them to make sure we can afford whatever they want to do. I fell asleep waiting for my son and woke up to a significant charge that was only partially paid for by insurance. I would have preferred that they ask in advance whether we can afford the work.Recommended: As much as I dislike dental work, this establishment has staff that are willing to care for their patients. They're very communicative about what they would like and what they're about to do. This is a great family dentistry. They make sure to accomodate your needs. They are very good at taking care of young children.

Would give zero stars if I could.Had a 10-crown project started with Dr. E Witulska which went terribly wrong. I had to move my unfinished treatment to another dental office to get it completed. I faced much higher cost (fees got duplicated as similar and additional dental steps/procedures had to be performed by the new dentist to address the deficiencies, adjustment the treatment plan and bring the project to a successful completion). It was worth it- my smile got saved which I am extremely thankful for.As far as DrWitulska’s practice goes- I would not recommend this dentist and/or dental office for any complex dental work. Based on my multiple appointments over at least 6 months or so. To be fair the teeth cleaning was efficient and satisfactory but was performed by Brenda, dental hygienist who no longer works there.I have to admit that the first impression had been very confusing for me vs. subsequent visits and quality of dental work/ patient care I experienced later on.In addition- it was extremely disappointing that Dr. Witulska breached the patient/dentist confidentiality by not respecting the privacy of my dental treatment information. With no hesitation or remorse she shared all applicable details very casually with an unauthorized 3rd party without my consent. The privacy breach incident had to be reported, investigated and was confirmed by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Hoping Dr. Witulska will take their official recommendation to heart…and restrain herself from such a harmful and unprofessional behaviour. At least that since no apology has been given till now for all the pain and enormous amount of stress she has caused me for months and months…

This place has draws for their clients to participate in to win prizes that requires them to post 5 star reviews. They're just trying to pad their reviews and gain customers. Don't go here, the reviews are fake and not motivated by good service.When you walk in the first thing you'll see are the clerks, who seem to think that they don't have to wear their masks properly despite it being a pandemic and a dental office. They cite being behind the plastic barrier the reason for not having to wear a mask, despite leaning over the desk or walking over to the door to take your temperature with their mask below their MOUTHS! Sometimes I've noticed them to have them off and then as soon as a customer walks in they rush to put them back on, as if that's safe. I have filed a complaint with the manager, who validated my concerns, only for the next time I came in to find that nothing had actually changed. Overall, the hygienists are pushy about wanting to squeeze money out of you, one time asking me if I had benefits, because then I could come in for a cleaning every 3 months instead of every 6 months. The dentists are rushed and don't seem to understand how expensive their services are. I went in once to get something taken out of my permanent retainer that had been bothering and I couldn't manage to get out myself. The hygienist flossed some tartar off, and the dentist was in the room for 3 minutes, I paid $50... and I found out that was DISCOUNTED.

Dr. Witulska is amazing! She has done beautiful and painless dental work for me on multiple occasions. She and her staff are always friendly and professional. I continue to be extremely pleased with the care provided at Cambridge Smiles.

I've been going to Cambridge Smiles for many years now and I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist! The dental hygienists are all really lovely and make sure that you are comfortable, the reception staff are efficient and also very kind. They do their very best to create an environment that is calming and makes you feel safe and I for one really appreciate that!
