Kross Auto

Brought my car here to get fixed. Was told I need a new throttle body with gasket and a new mass air flow sensor. Took 2 days to diagnose. I got a call saying my car was ready but not completely fixed. When I dropped it off it had issues starting. When I picked it up and after paying $1500 my car ran harder than before and when I seemed to smooth itself out I drove away to then realize as I was about to turn right that I had no breaks. I then made another left hand turn directly into the next parking lot to which thankfully was empty proceeded to press my brakes and there were no brakes. My car then flat out died. I tried to restart my car and nothing.My remote car started and alarm system was not working at all whatsoever. I proceeded to walk back to Kross Auto and tell them my brakes didn't work and it died while I was driving. They were mystified. I left for them to fix it and as I was driving (another vehicle) home I got a call from Kross Auto saying I should come back because theres a new way to drive my car now" that I needed to be shown how. I said a new way?? I had no brakes. They claimed its some other issue and it runs perfectly fine now and I need to come back and be taught how to drive my automatic car. I asked if its safe to drive and they said "thats up to you to decide". I got angry and said "so ive paid $1500 my car is now worse

I went to Kross Auto last week and had exceptional service from Brandon & Roy. They were absolutely amazing. They addressed everything in a very professional and timely manner. I will definitely be going back for another car purchase. You guys are great!!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Kross Auto I purchased a Car listed for $8400 made a deal for $7500 all of a sudden I had a financial crisis and asked him a few days after purchasing it would they return it I would even take $1000 off but they told me the car was only worth $2000 after paying them 7500 for itDon’t buy a car here they’re scammers

Front end staff is so inviting and helpful, BUT their technician is so knowledgeable and very informative, takes the time to go over your vehicle with you and explain the issues I LOVE THAT cause being a woman shops tend to take advantage of us and I’ve never found a shop so honest about the issues I HIGHLY recommend Kross Auto not only for the amazing customer service but for taking the time to go over my vehicle thoroughly as if I am a member of their family! Thx Kross Auto I will continue using you guys in the future and will definitely let my friends and family know your shop is the place to come!!

Brandon was awesome, he got me exactly what I was looking for. He got me into a 2020 outlander and I’m loving it so far. It was so nice of him to deliver me the vehicle to Calgary overnight. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Very disappointing situation with Kross Auto would not recommend getting a car from them. Very unorganized and lack of communication. I went in to put in a deposit on my car and had an appointment to finalize a deal with them. Got a call a few days later claiming from one of the dealers claiming he was off for a couple days and that my car had been sold to someone else. Don’t know how that communication gets lost but was very frustrated that no one knew my car had been held. Glad to be taking my business elsewhere.

Was there yesterday and I got phenomenal service From Brandon great place to purchase a vehicle. They treat you like family honest, hard working staff. If your looking for one of the best dealerships out there and amazing deals come check this place out.

These guys were super easy to work with & helpful with getting me into a vehicle I was seeking out. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would suggest you contact a gentleman by the name of Roy over there at Kross. I called Roy & told him my situation & what I was looking to get into, a few phone calls later I was ready to sign & drive away in my beautiful pickup truck. This truck was Completely above & beyond what I expected to get. When you go in, ask to talk with Roy.

Bought a car from Roy, he was helpful and really went out of his way to make sure I knew all the things about the vehicle! Also Brandon the finance guy was excellent, worked really hard to get me the beat deal. I would definitely recommend going there if looking for a vehicle. I will be back.

The service was great ready when Jennifer the service consultant told me it would be ready. The salesman Roy Tarnasky even washed my vehicle. I recommend anyone to deal with these guys I’m sure they will be pleasantly surprised.
