Not sure if the reviews are legit. I have not had good experience with Click 2 Refund. I started my claim with the company in August 2022. The airline is willing to pay the claim but Click 2 Refund is not providing any updates as to why is there a delay in payment.

Excellent and Friendly service. I had a very pleasant experience with the Click2Refund team. Recently my EU-based flight was delayed for more than 3 hours when I requested compensation from the airline as per EU rules they declined my claim by giving absurd reasons. I contacted the Click2Refund team after checking my flight details they confirmed that I am eligible for the compensation. Jamie from the Click2Refund team handled my case professionally and successfully helped me get compensation as per EU rules.

I raised a claim last October 2023 and have had to repeatedly had to chase an update and I have been consistently ignored and not furnished with any update. I was informed on May 3rd that my claim against Ryanair was successful and that I would receive my refund within 3 working weeks.I supplied my IBAN & BIC as requested and I am still waiting the funds to be paid to me.The last communication that I received from click2refund was on May 25th. I am now waiting 9 weeks and I am being ignored by Evelyn who initially assisted me and no one else has bothered to contact me with a response or reply to my several emails.Click2refund’s customer service is absolutely deplorable and my family have another 3 claims outstanding awaiting a refund through click2refund all from last October 2023. I wouldn’t recommend this company.Having sent copious amounts of emails and having not being acknowledged with a response is simple not an acceptable way to treat your customers.I expect an answer and my funds to be lodged to my account asap or I will contact Ryanair and report click2refund as a fraud if you have accepted money on my behalf and have not issued me the balance of monies.I expect a swift resolution and immediate payment.

I recommend this company! It is reliable and they dealt with my case very quickly. The bad experience I had with Wizz Air, after an 8-hour delay in a foreign country, is now forgotten thanks to the fact that I was quickly compensated with the help of Click 2 Refund Inc. Awesome job by Click 2 Refund. It feels great to get compensation worth more than the ticket. I had applied the claim for my cancelled and delayed replacement flight, but didn't had hoped it will go through even when these guys had it mentioned on there website.I got the amount within 4 months of total claim process. The payment was immediately done on next day when they emailed that claim is approved and payment is ready need bank details.

Very recommended!At first I tried to get my deserved money from the airlines by myself. Honestly it did not go well, they responded after 2 month of claim report date and it seemed that I will need to spend lot of time with communication with airline, which I didnt have. I decided to contact Click 2 refund company with this issue. The communication with company was awesome, they first reviewed my case and then they start with getting back my money. It took probably around 1 month until I got the money from the airline with help from Click2refund company. Once again thank you for your effort and I will recommend you everywhere possible.

I really enjoyed the experience of working with click2refund. Even tough things were much slower than I expected, the agent explained from the very beginning the process and potential timelines. The agent was very informative and proactive in communication, I got replies to my email in about 1-2 working weeks. The estimated timeline was very precise and ultimately we won our case! If I had to relieve this again (which I hope I don’t and I also hope you don’t have to), make sure to have ALL the documents at hand, the back and forth takes a while, specially over email.
