Laura was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She made sure I understood every step of the process and ensured the prints done were clear and to the specifications required by FBI. I would strongly recommend OTS Services for ink roll printing.

We received exceptionally fantastic services from OTS. Laura demonstrated genuine care for the best outcomes for the customers. For example, one of my relatives had badly worn ridges and wrinkles/cracks in her fingers, making fingerprinting very challenging. Laura walked the extra mile and made every effort to ensure we could have the best possible results. The service was truly above and beyond! I would give Laura ten-out-of-ten stars if Google allowed it!
