Automotive centre is run by unprofessional, careless, rude and lazy goofballs who think they are at a picnic or roaming in a park. Their help desk will continue to talk to each other while ignoring you and your presence. After 5 minutes they will tell you that they will help you shortly and then start talking to each other again. With empty bays in the service area they will give you a 45 minutes wait time. I have tested them twice. First when I wanted to get my winter tires installed and second was yesterday to get a flat tire repaired. Both the times the intent to help or accommodate was missing and they lost my business both the times and I am pretty sure no one from the staff cared about it. Today was the last time I visited their automotive department and will never even think to visit even if I am drunk.My advice to the franchisee/owner or operator is to optimize your staff at automotive and I am sure you have to fire each one of them and look for a staff who have some manners and customer services and ethics to demonstrate. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY ignorant staff at automotive which shows complete dishonesty towards their job and ofcourse to the customer as well.

The automotive team has always been the best in servicing. I have taken my car for years for service. I noticed that the some potential customers come in and give additude and get mouthy to the workers once they ask for the quote and don't like the pricing, I think that is not fair to the workers they are doing the job but they keep it calm and collective.

I asked 4 different employees to unlock an item and all they did was phone an announcement. Waited 40 mins for someone to come after asking all these times. This place has horrible customer service.

Hi I have to complaint about your staff!Why do you look at any customer like he is a thief! Why my mom during entering into your strore should keep her small personal bag into the locker??! She refused to do so they denied to her entrance into the store! She has a phone and a wallet in there maybe she doesent want to keep them in pockets. If you have such a theft cases then you have a problems with a security. You have no right to shift the responsibility of your lazy guard to buyers and other customers! To see a thief in every client?! You're crazy out there, if your security doesn't know how to deal with customers then you should fire them immediately!

You need to train and especially teach some of these people you have working behind the auto desk some proper manners and approach towards customers , yes CUSTOMERS not street thugs, if people walk into your location it's because they're seeking some help or at least advice, I didn't see or get either, very poor customer skills, and if the manager isn't up to the task how can the rest of them be...

If there is a zero star option I will going to give. Manager is so rude and asked me to leave from store without any reason. Also if i come back he said he will call police because he is claiming that this is his own property. Also I said I’m your costumer you can not talk me like that and he said He does not care if Im costumer or not. I will call Costumer service and let them know as well. So rude. It is normal to have this low reviews. Canadian Tire has to get this branch from this rude man and give who deserves.

Store manager kicked out one of the costumer from store without showing any reason when I was at the checkout. He pushed the costumers cart as well. After I went back to home as a common sense I wanted to give one star to this management and already saw that gentlemans review. I was also there and witnessed. You can contact me if needed.

Never going to shop here again. The general manager, Joe P. was extremely rude. The opened up my never before opened up package, destoryed the packaging, dropped the AC unit while trying to assemble it back, just to tell me it's past the 90 days of refunding. The Canadian Tire just one block south took care of me and restored my faith in Canadian Tire. Joe P. should be fired for his horrible customer service.

Customer service is slow. There were 4 people at cashier just talking as it wasn’t busy and one person working in the customer service section where it was busy. They can train cashier to help customers pick up online order items to be efficient. Return and pick up line shouldn’t be together. Bad organization overall and management of workers.
