I brought several of my dull old knives to Fresh knife to be sharpened. He did a wonderful job restoring my knives (even oiled the wooden handles) and even took the time to explain the process and provided helpful tips on how I can keep them sharp for a prolonged period. I will definitely be returning for other sharpening needs and highly recommend their services. A+

Our knives were brought back to life. My husband and I cook a lot and we own these two beautiful knives we got from a blacksmith in Japan. Sadly, we didn’t maintain them as diligently as we should have. One was carbon steel which had some rust, the other one was stainless steel which we used almost every day and had a serious chip. After leaving them with Fresh Knife, both were restored like they were the first day we bought them. He was also very knowledgeable in his craft. Highly recommend this knife sharpening service in West Island! Would definitely come back!

We could not be more satisfied with the service and end result. We brought our 15-year old Global knife set that we used to get sharpened elsewhere. Jean-Paul took the time to explain to us what sharpening options we had available and completed the work promptly. The knives are now better than new. I don't think the knives ever cut better than they do now. I'm recommending to all my friends.
