Bought a car here then never heard from the guy again. After repeated calls and emails still nothing. All I have now is a car that has cost me over 2000 in 8 months in repairs

Great mechanic no BS

Rick is the best! Every time I bring a vehicle in he takes care of it right away, great prices and HONEST. No BS!! I trust him with any issue I have and know it will be taken care! Great mechanic! Great service!

Customer came in to our shop a couple of weeks after the sale with a very aggressive attitude, we listened to his concerns and made the repair that we felt was necessary. Customer agreed that CAA had suggested the same repair might be needed. We at Park Auto Sales & Service made the repair that day and the customer left satisfied with the repair. Customer did not pay for any part of the repair bill. We took care of all the expense. Perhaps next time a less aggressive, threatening attitude would be appreciated.

I recently bought a vehicle from these guys. after hearing some brake noises roughy 2 weeks in I took it to a caa and ministry approved auto center. They gave me a list of problems. The major being seized rear brakes. And front brakes were at minimum requirement for safety. When the mechanic took my car for test, he seemed annoyed and in a hurry.he bottomed my car out and scraped the skirt. I got a sorry". Bring a mechanic if you want to buy a car from here."

Had a done deal then sold out from under us.

Elvira Geiss, we have checked our records and do not have you listed as a customer from Park Auto Sales. We have had some tenants at our location selling cars and they are no longer at this location. We value our customers and have been at this location for over 30 years.

Nothing but issues with vehicle bought. If you buy a car or truck here bring a machanic or take it to a shop you trust. I don't know how my truck passes a safety with all the issues I had to fix after purchasing

Called earlier today asking if I could ask a few questions about a vehicle I had seen passing by. The phone customer service was very short and not very welcoming. I was told customers were being served and I would be called back… That call never came. I recognize that things happen and there could be a reason I wasn’t called back however as a paying customer first impressions are very important. I can’t speak about their cars as I was never even given the chance to ask a question about one. I can say however the customer service was not fantastic and as a result I will take my money elsewhere.
