The staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the sales they have!! I set up my new apartment almost exclusively with Canadian Tire and have never been so happy with my kitchen!!

Typical Canadian Tire, got all the usual stuff. Staff is hard to come by, but when you do find them, they're helpful. Don't plan on sharpening your skates here, hardly anyone there to do it, and when they are there, not well done. Online ordering is hit and miss. Weird hours too, weekdays close early.

Great customer service but the bathroom was disgusting... They have signs everywhere about wearing masks and physical distancing, but the bathroom makes them look like hypocrites.

I use to like this store but,yesterday at 15 mins to 5 I got a flat tire in the parking lot figured .I just go in to service get it repaired the lady said we can't help you .I said excuse me she said everyone is gone home .yet there was people still there .I was upset at that so I plugged it myself in the pouring rain in the parking lot ad others stood in the door of the garage and watched .I have other bad experiences with canadien tire elsewhere. This takes the cake.i well take my business elsewhere that was absolutely poor customer service there. I just don't get the fact of how a place can be so disrespectful. THAT really rotted me to the core .From the lady at the counter lake of compassion to just watching. There is more to the story of disrespect.
