Unfortunately I was involved in an accident but taking my car to Fix was so easy and put my mind at ease. The staff are super friendly and they are affiliated with Enterprise so you can have a rental waiting for you.They also have a repair tracker online to see just what stage your vehicle is in.Once complete everything went directly through insurance which was quick and convenient!

Just picked up my son's car. They did a great job fixing the front end. It took a bit longer because of the holidays and waiting for parts but it was worth the wait. It looks fantastic and they detailed the inside of the car. Updated status of the job was emailed to me and I was able to check the status whenever I wanted, through the link they sent. Very friendly staff too.

They had our 2011 Ford Escape for one week and when we picked it up, the repair was fabulous! The Escape's rear wheel wells are notorious for rusting and so we had both sides fixed. Brought my minivan in to be repaired after a previously bad repair job. They were up front about all costs and potential issues they might run into. Each person I dealt with was fantastic. They kept me updated online on the progress of my vehicle and even contacted me throughout the last day to keep me appraised of pick up time. I HIGHLY recommend their service!Edit - I was in again for another repair and again was blown away by their service! Still highly recommend!

I was in an accident almost 2 and half weeks ago, I brought my car to them they got it in really quick, they got the repairs done really quick. Very friendly service. Had a small crack in my bumper and asked for an estimate to get fixed. They said because of the nature of the damage it would need a full replacement and couldn't be fixed. I opted to not replace the bumper and they offered to simply glue it in place in order to keep it from spreading.I will definitely be returning with any future body shop requirements.

I got an estimate from this shop after a minor fender bender and they quoted me roughly $1000 which included 10 hours of labor making up 80% of the cost. I thought it was a little high as the damage seemed minimal so I asked my regular guy for a second estimate and he said he could do the job in 3 hours for $400. This shop knew I was trying to keep insurance out of the situation and decided to try and more than triple charge me labor in an attempt to take advantage of me.Neither myself nor my family will never use this shop and I will be urging others to do the same.

Great product and service. Had body work done because on an accident. The service was excellent with consistent phone communication and automated email updates on all repair phase completions. And the repairs were completed to perfection and ahead of the estimated finish date. 5 stars across the board!

The receptionists here are so friendly and amazingly awesome. Remembered me and my file during our numerous follow ups. Also the repairs were done on our vehicle ahead of schedule as well, which tops the cake. Thanks everyone!
