Never on time for appointment booking. Booking appointment and still have to wait. They called the person appointment at 1055 before 1050. I know the time because I heard the other guy said when he came in.

Abysmal. A true triumph of the United Conservative Party’s plan to ‘fix’ health care. Appointments must be made a month or more in advance, no walk ins on weekends, multiple hour waits, people forced to wait outside in all weather, not enough seating in the waiting area. It’s dystopian and absurd.

Everyone gets a day off to enjoy rather than sitting 2 hours here to let them know I was booked for a time one hour ago.

I’m literally sitting here right now waiting for my appointment, that’s fine. Waiting times come with these things. However the way this place works is insane! A lady had an appointment for 10, and they told her she has to wait 45 min because of all the walk ins. Who puts walk ins before appointments?Then a few minutes later, another lady walks in asking for the wait time. The receptionist says “it’s 45 min, if you don’t want to wait, make an appointment” well whay is it then?! Like I said, waiting is normal in a medical environment but do not lie to your patients. The front clerk basically yells out everyone’s personal information and does not listen to patients. I’ve worked in the medical setting for a long time and this set up is so unprofessional. I’ve only been sitting here for half hour and have experienced so many odd things already.

Intake lady was rude and I booked an appointment online for myself and partner but when arrived they said I had to book 2 separate appointments online. I didn't realize this, but they should have been more accommodating, instead they made us wait hours in the walk in queue.

Put myself on the wait list online, said 35 min. 2 hours later I finally got it. And when I asked the receptionist how much longer she told me to look at the board, and I replied that it was just 2 different lists and that it doesn’t tell me how long she replied that it’ll be as long as it takes for someone to come get me… which was another 30 minutes. Rude and very slow staff. Will use another location next time.

This location is definitely poorly managed and receptionist lack basic customer service skills. A room full of 2 dozen people and their estimated wait time is 35 minutes. I had an appointment booked fortunately and still had to wait over 30 minutes. Not to mention, the receptionist had to ask for paper confirmation of appointment rudely.. meanwhile I was on the system already and she clearly just couldnt see. I would definitely spend an additional 10-15 minutes to drive to Callingwood, much more efficient location.

We came here for a walk in and was told it would be 1hr to 1.5hr wait. We had no problem waiting, we went to the Safeway and then received a text saying they were ready within 30 minutes. We were surprised by how quickly we received a text. Once we got there we waited another hour, understandably it was 1.5hrs like they said. We had no issues with waiting, the main issues is that the lady receptionist were extremely rude, when we asked how much longer it would be she responded with a very rude tone.

Terrible management! Wait times are not estimated correctly. Yes, it can be off a few minutes but not half an hour or longer. Initially I came here because it had shorter wait times, as the regular Dynalife I go to, but I ended up waiting even longer -.-Two stars, because the lady who took my sample was very friendly!

Horrible，horrible time management. I walked in，checked in，and was told to come back after text message. I came back right after received the message，be told to sit down，waited for another 40min. I was confused and when to ask，told there were 8 still ahead of me. Then what is the point of messaging？
