Doctor Lepp has been amazing, she listens and answers any questions or concerns. I am confident in her care and even bring our newborn to her. I see reviews about getting appointments and the receptionist, I must say it has improved.

Dr Lepp is very gifted doctor. She listens to her patients and asks questions to determine the best course of treatment. She is kind and supportive. I have been a patient of both Dr. Smith and Doctor Manjos. Dr. Lepp is continuing the tradition of excellent medical care provided in Jordan. We are so fortunate to have her.

I went to see Dr. Lepp for the first time since Dr. Manjos had retired. It had been two years or so since I had been to Manjos. I went to her with severe pain in the right side of my head. I could not lay down horizontally without having to get up with extreme pressure buildup followed by several hours of electric shock like pain. My initial thoughts were an ear or sinus infection. This was the second time I had this happen within a few years. Dr. Manjos prescribed me several antibiotics over a few visits and an anti convulsant named 'carbamezapine' which helped with the pain. I explained this to Lepp and she prescribed me the same (without the antibiotics). After several days the condition worsened. I went back to see her again within short notice (next day appt after I called). She said she suspected trigeminal neuralgia (nerve spasms inside the head) and prescribed a muscle/skeletal relaxant named 'Baclofen' to take along with the carbemazapine. On the second day of taking the combination, it was working far better at managing the pain. I was actually able to lie down flat and was able to sleep. After 10 days, I completed the prescription and could only feel a mild irritation and slight swelling on the right side of my face. After a few more days had past and the nerve spasms worsened. After a few more days, I was no longer able to lie down again without having the severe pain episodes and far more facial swelling (my right eye would almost close).I called the doctor today and tried to get an appointment to get the baclofen and carbemazepine renewed as the problem (whatever it is) is still with me. I was abruptly told by the person answering the phone that I cannot see the doctor for two weeks and if I knew my prescription was running out I should have made an appointment two weeks ago!?I explained to this ignoramous basically everything I mentioned above and asked her how I could possibly have made an appointment with two weeks notice when the doctors prescription to me was for ten days? She stood by her ignorance and said that I should have called 5 days ago? I repeated what I said above and asked if I had called 5 days ago, you just told me I needed to give 'two weeks' advance notice so how would that make sense? I went on to state that 'how could I possibly know if I would need the medication until the prescription ran out'? Apparently this grade school logic was too complicated for her and she stuck with her 'you cant get an appt for two weeks routine'Apparently I should have jumped into my time machine and went back in time 4 days prior to my doctors visit and made an appointment with the information I had gathered from yet another jump into my time machine into the future to know whether or not the 10 days of medication I was prescribed, would actually work? I think the woman working there has the IQ and the attention span of a fruit fly or quite possibly is taking far too many 'doctor samples'.I am not sure her name but she did state that she had worked there for 6 years. I have no idea how someone who exhibits this behaviour could be working in a doctors office or anywhere that matter. To be treated with such insolence by this woman was absolutely despicable. I have been a patient of Dr. Manjos and this clinic for close to 30 years! I will now be looking for a new doctor. Dr. Lepp clearly has no control over her insubordinate and downright ignorant staff and probably doesn't really care one way or the other.Anyone considering Dr. Lepp, who apparently doesn't care about her patients suffering in agony, should walk or RUN in another direction.

Stay away from Dr. Death! Was a happy patient with Dr. Manjos for many years but this new Dr. Death stinks!
