As I know, there suppose to be $10.00 voucher when you shop over $50.00 value before tax today, but I purchased $57.92(before tax)today, I didn’t get it from the cashier, WHY? Your reply is most appreciated! (June 29, 2023, 11:12AM)

Avoid at all costs! Completely unprofessional and unethical. Withheld a prescription for over two weeks and kept denying they had received. Only admitted to part of the perception upon becoming confrontational on the fourth visit I was informed that they indeed did receive yet I was provided no reason why they wouldn't fill/ advise the couldn't if that was the case. Will be reporting to college of pharmacists as well.

Went in the other day and both the pharmacist Hiba and tech Ram were amazing. Great teamwork they have, seems like a busy store and the both of them handled it well.

I have been using this pharmacy for years but there have been a lot of new faces. Now for the third time that I can remember a Pharmacist filled my prescription with something other than what was prescribed. I even had my DR. call once for an explanation but they had nothing to say. Today when I asked what I was suppose to do with the product they charged me forthe girl at the counter said I don't know just keep it" For what???Don L."

Staff and pharmacy team are great. Store always clean and well organized. I sometimes wonder if people are reviewing the right store?Anyway, two dings on the rating, one is for not having inventory. Never seem to have a good variety of the drinks and snacks I am looking for. Second is pharmacy staff needs to think a little more and not depend on the computer. I got denied my drug benefit twice because they kept on trying to give me name brand and my plan only covers generic.

Extremely terrible service in shoppers pharmacy. We purchased medicine and I asked the lady to cash me out for two items and she abruptly told me the till is next to it. After she scanned the medicine and printed receipt never bothered asking about my products when I questioned her she refused to answer and walked away and she was a supervisor as she voided the amount on medicine for my father. It took us another 5 minutes to move in from one register to register n figure out self checkout with my old father merely because this supervisor in pharmacy was being a stuck up! I amSick of this attitude and these racists!

It's a great locations, it's a bit of smaller older location that has lots of parking. The pharmacy is faster than it's comparable larger branches but that's a good thing. Will continue to shop here. Has no post office but all the other amenities. Thanks Shoppers

Went through the pharmacy for a minor aliment for my daughter. Barely any wait for assesment and for the prescription. The pharmacist was amazing with my daughter and went through everything with me! Definitely recommend over waiting in a walk in clinic for hours!
