Complete garbage they only look for the money every kid gets the same jersey with no number why....? So next year they can reuse jersey last season didn't even get socks complete joke don't sign your kid up here

We have been part of the league for 5 years. It's always been a bit disorganized but this year's winter indoor league was grossly mismanaged! We were not informed when the sessions would start until the very last minute. At that point we missed our first 2 sessions! I asked for a refund because I was so frustrated with the lack of communication. They responded to that email with a refund form for the summer session and said we would have to pay 50$ per child! For a mistake that they made! Since then, I have sent several messages and called several times. I'm so disappointed, at this point. Although we loved our daughter's summer team, we will be moving to a different league and telling all of our friends also.There is no voicemail attached to the number they have listed and no one ever answers. I'm at a loss for words now.

We enrolled our 4y kid. They dont have any coach available. There was no connection made with the kid. Day 1 activity 1 started with little kicks. It might be good for the kids who already play soccer but for those who haven’t played and want to start, this is not correct place. Session 2 Parents were requested to coach small group of kids.Now they are saying because they non profit organization and they dont have volunteers they are choosing this way. But we paid 250cad fees for what? Training our son ourselves?And they dont have any cancellation policy. I don’t understand whats going on here.NO COACHES

I signed up my son for the summer league in March 2022. 1-2 weeks before the start of the program, I have been receiving email asking for volunteers to coach otherwise there won’t be coaches available for the soccer team. I decided to cancel the registration due to poor organization of this league. I received a confirmation of my refund in June. 6 weeks later I called to follow since I still have not receive the refund on my account. I was told it will take a week. I waited couple more weeks, still nothing. I sent an email to follow up, I was then told you this time that I will receive a cheque. Up until now, still no refund. I have left messages and emails, but no return calls and reply.I strongly discourage anyone to sign up to this organization.

My sons both played soccer at Ajax soccer club since they were 3 years old. We have had a great experience thus far, the club has played a vital role in igniting their passion for soccer and their skill development as players. As I will often say there is always room for improvement as you continue to grow as a club. Job well done thus far.

This is the first time that my son has signed up for soccer. It was such a waste of money. The coaches are teenagers and they just hang out and chat with each other a lot of the time. They don't show the kids any direction on how to play. I would never sign up here again. A complete waste of money!!

My daughter played house league and one year of rep. Rep was a joke as were the instructors. My daughter got bullied multiple times. Nothing was done. Atrocious

This review is based on a mid-season review of the U5/U6 and U7/U8 winter indoor soccer programs. In short, a complete waste. of money. Only 25% of teams have parent coaches. Rest are taught by teenagers who have no idea how to teach or coach the game of soccer. There are no structured practices or rules to the games. Players don't know one another's names. Essentially you are only paying for the uniform and the rental space. Will not be signing up my kids for this league again.

Very disappointment with this soccer club. . Need so much improvements. Not refunding the money back even I pulled my son from this soccer club very 1st day. Very very unhappy. Never ever going back again.

This club / Organization is a joke and should stop taking advantage of parents and their children. Never would I have imagined when I signed my lil guy for indoor soccer with them that they would be so unorganized and basically would be paying for a uniform and pick up soccer with no coaches or structure. They have teens running the show which is not their fault but need some communication from the higher ups! They don't knoe who is playing who, which kid is on what team cause all jerseys are exactly the same! Colors for different teams would clear that situation up it's not rocket science.How they have a program is beyond me every week parents are frustrated and arguing trying to figure out what's going on and nobody is there to answer questions just young teenagers which again don't know what to do as they were not told anything. I will never sign my son up with Ajax again and I recommend you don't even think or entertain the thought either as this is a terrible club. Sign them up in Pickering, Whitby Oshawa or even Scarborough but stay far away from Ajax soccer club!!!
