Came here for the black sugar pearl latte that everyone has been raving about. I've seen reviews for Xing Fu Tang's black sugar drink and was told by a friend that this place is a good alternative for those of us in Burnaby. Not bad, but I had to come here 3 times to get the drink it's always sold out.If you like something else asides from the black sugar drink this place has an assortment you won't find in your standard run-of-the-mill BBT place. There's a photo below of some of the other varieties. Most drinks are priced in the $6-7 range so a little pricier than other places.

Good authentic bubble tea - real tea with fruit and pearls. Got the pineapple green tea with pearls and it was cool how it had real pineapple pieces. Even though the prices are a little high than some places, the portion is also quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this place if you're a tea person. I just wish they had more seats and tables inside.

Always keep up their good quality tea. The service might change a bit from location to location, but it is always decent. I've tried many items on their menu and I have never been disappointed. I love their traditional winter melon tea both hot and iced. Just recently had it with coffee jelly with the new custard pancakes which were superb!

The pineapple drink taste like rice". Pearls are smaller than normal pearls and they aren't that chewy. The passionfruit green tea barely had any flavour."

Pretty pricey as far as bubble tea goes. Shop is nicely decorated and I like how the menus and specials all have photos of the drinks. We got the Wintermelon lemon, matcha Brown sugar and mashed Taro milk. The drinks were all flavorful.

The fruit tea they have is a fantastic drink and one of my all time favourites! I ask for half sugar and it’s always just right. My go-to bbtea place.

The customer service is really good. I ask many questions about what difference between teas such as Jade tea and Green Tea and the lady explains it to me very clear. Definitely be here again!

Great selection, unique interior decor/design, the pineapple coconut green tea was unique. Doesn’t taste like a typical powdered flavour BBT which can be different both in a good and bad way depending on the person. I personally enjoyed it while my friend who tried it didn’t like it because they expected their usual concentrated flavour. Tried their fresh pancakes in Taro flavour and we loved them. A bit pricey but given real fruit is used in the drinks I think it’s worth it. The lady working the counter/cash register was friendly and helpful too.

When in doubt, order the first classic tea which is their specialty! It was my first time trying it and I was so refreshed - my only wish is that I got less ice!! Love it!!

Yifang is a dainty little place for a bubble tea joint. It's not as chaotic like the intense ones and it's not too sketchy like ones like ST or BO.The staff aren't too bad either. They smile and are polite. The only thing is that the drinks are pricey. It's definitely cheaper than other places, but it's still not cheap either.The taste itself was a bit disappointing. I got the grass herbal drink and it tastes exactly like the packs I buy from T&T Supermarket. In fact, I can get a 6-paxk for the price of one BBT. And there's no toppings! Even the 6-pack come with jelly.I'll consider coming back, but I don't like it when they don't promote their loyalty program. Back in the day, they would give you stamps for rewards . Now they don't seem to want to.
