I ordered two pizzas for takeout, but when I got home, I realized that one of the pizzas was not what I had ordered. I immediately called the restaurant to complain about the mix-up. Initially, the staff member I spoke to claimed that the menu had recently been changed and insisted that I received the correct pizza. However, I offered to provide evidence by sending them a picture of what they had given me along with a screenshot of the online menu.The staff member acknowledged my request and informed me that they would have someone call me back to address the issue. Unfortunately, it has been two weeks since that conversation, and I'm still waiting for their response.

I ordered a polpetta and putanesca this past Sunday. The food was fine but the waitress shamed me for tipping less than 15%. I found the behaviour unprofessional, which is why I am leaving a 2 star review.

This is the second Bacaro we tried and the food/service was ok but definitely not 5 stars. The first one we tried in the Rockland mall food court was much better.

Good locale pizza place with gluten free dough, and gluten free pasta. It’s usually not too busy so no need to worry about a wait and parking is easy, lots of places to park even during peak hours.

We just moved our offices into the area and were on the lookout for a good Italian place for lunch. We saw their sign on the way to work on Friday morning and decided to give it a try.It's close enough to walk but to save time we drove — there's ample free parking.We're vegetarian and were pleased to discover that the lentil soup is meatless. It was lovely, especially when we added some parmesan.I'm a lasagne lover and rarely find a vegetarian option in restaurants — Bācaro's lasagne was excellent, and even better the next day when I ate the rest of the dish that I couldn't complete on the spot. My wife enjoyed the pizza suggested by Wilson Andrade, the general manager. Wilson was great — very accommodating. Together we started to plan a return visit with a group of about 20.5 stars. Looking forward to sampling other dishes and a dessert and espresso next time.Buon appetito.

Can be hit or miss. This review is an average of the two visits I made to the restaurant. First time I visited I ordered the pasta carbonara and next time I ordered an all dressed pizza. I ordered the meatball appetizers which were great - well seasoned, juicy, big portions.Coming to the pasta and pizza - The pasta was a bit eggy and bland, mediocre. The pizza was a bit better, kind of gave me a frozen pizza flavor which was uncanny but I didn't mind much. I added chicken to my pizza which made it a lot better. I enjoyed the pizza more than the pasta. Both times I had to take home leftovers. So there is some value for what you're paying.
