I bought a fish pan from fishing show on Airport road, it’s very good quality because you can fry everything without too much oil . Anti scratch and easy to wash and clean . It’s expensive but you pay one time , you don’t need to buy every 2 years and also made in Germany.

I have been dealing with Ali at this company called Titanium Cookware. First we purchased at the Toronto Home Show over 20 years ago a complete set for our home in Toronto and then we bought another complete set of everything for our cottage a couple of years later as we lived the product so much and now we are ordering another complete set yet again for our new home in Orillia. These pots, pans and cooking sheets are absolutely the best. They are expensive but like in everything, you get what you pay for. They cook perfectly and clean up like a dream. You cannot go wrong purchasing this titanium cookware. It is simply the best, hands down and Ali is a pleasure to deal with.Can’t say much more than we are truly happy with these products and this is not some paid endorsement, just simply a review from a happy customer.

I purchased an induction stove only to discover, to my horror, that my beautiful Titanium Exclusive Cookware, which I have been using for several years, was not induction ready. Ali quickly set my mind at ease, was able to replace all my frying pans and sauce pan with their induction ready counterparts. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely happy, that all the handles matched, that all the pieces were the same as the ones I would have to give up, even though that involved a second delivery. I purchased a large Titanium pot about 10 years ago for over xxx00 and it has been used daily ever since to the delight of our family. Only recently have we noticed some peeling of the coating . I called the company as I was under the impression that there was a 20 year warranty on this beautiful well made product. I received a polite reply stating that the pot was not under a complete warranty and I would have to pay xxxx plus shipping and handling. I was very disappointed they only partially stood behind their product but I offered to pay half xxxfor their trouble.No reply yet but I will keep you folks informed.No regrets buying the pot btwSo here I am back a couple weeks after my first part of the review. The customer service rep Ali at Titanium was a great guy to work with and we came up with a price to replace my pot which was agreeable to both of us. Just to add the pot I mentioned that I purchased 10 years ago was indeed bought closer to 18 years ago so these guys could have told me to pound sand but instead they chose to make me a happy customer. All is good any I will modify my rating to 5 stars.Thanks Ali

We purchased a set of cookware from Titanium Exclusive Cookware in 2019 at the PNE show. They were amazing in the first couple of years then slowly turned brown and become sticky. We were not happy about it. When the PNE reopened in 2022 we brought our two most often used pans back to their booth and were surprised that Farid still remembered us. After examining the pieces, he said that we used too much heat on our cookware.We got replacement pans for a great deal and we are very satisfied with their service.

We purchased a titanium fry pan in 2019 and for the first almost two years it performed amazing. After this time it became sticky and I was not happy with its performance but in April we took it back to the booth at the Home and Garden Show in Winnipeg and we received a brand new pan! We were very amazed at the warranty!

We purchased our first set in 2019, because we wanted high quality cookware. Titanium Exclusive did not disappoint. They cook like a dream, with no sticking, and no hot spots. They are much more expensive than the other brands we tried, but we realize that you truly get what you pay for. We have added many more since, and love each one. Recently we noticed some peeling on one of the first pots and one pan. We think a guest may have used a metal utensil on them. I contacted the company to see if they could be fixed. They replied quickly asking for photos, and a photo of our receipt. As soon as I sent them, they replied and offered to replace the damaged cookware as long as we sent photos of the original pots destroyed. (scratching an X across them). We only had to pay for shipping for the new pots. We were so pleased with the company, and how fast they sent us the new pots once I sent the photos. This company was a pleasure to deal with.

I purchased a set of this cookware at a home show years ago. And went back for more! I love to cook! This is by far the BEST cookware available!! Nothing sticks ever!! Easy clean up!! Stovetop to oven capability! It handles high heat searing perfectly!! I am changing to Induction and had to replace my set! Ali with Titanium exclusive was great! Showed appreciation for a loyal customer and gave me a good deal on my replacement set!! You will not be disappointed! By far the best cookware!! Thanks Ali and Titanium Exclusive!!

I am not giving a 5 stars for that reason. In my kitchen, I only use the exclusive titanium cookware which are very good products. Since 7 years I have purchased 16 pieces. The downside is the after sale customers service. Unless you attend events like the Royal Agricultural winter Fair or Home Shows, the after sale service is very poor. During Covid I did replaced a frying pan in the $300. range and it came with a cracked handle. After many emails (which I have kept), no answers back from the company. I excused it because of Covid. So that pan ended up in the garbage bin. 3 weeks ago I purchased another sauce pan. Last week I sent another email just to find out what was the status of my purchase and still no answer to this date. Status from tracking is saying « processing ».I really hope that the company would also put more effort with their online costumer care.This is their last chance. I have 2 children getting married next year and they asked for Titanium Exclusive sets as wedding gifts…humm not sure they will get them.

The owner Mohsen KARIMIYAN is selling some D-grade product at the Home shows.Though never an impulse buyer, ended up buying the pan at the home show in Toronto and paid $300. Never cooked anything other than an omelette for breakfast - a few months later the coating came off and food started sticking.Do not ever fall for Mohsen’s tactics because his business model is to start conversation as “we are here to help you” by using different names either Annie, Event coordinator or Linda Youssef, Administrator as if it is a huge company when it is only him responding to the e-mails and asking you to bring the product for replacement.Once you take the defective pot (which is a cooking pot and not a Décor piece), he will start rubbing hard the black pot with white tissue and claim it is not squeaky clean. He will keep on ignoring the Coating issue" and continue to convince the customer that sides of the pot or even bottom of the pot have to be squeaky clean - as new.After paying $300 earlier
