I visited last week in search of a new pair of jeans. The associates were unhelpful and completely ignorant of my presence. They did not even check on me while in the change room and the store was not busy at all. I have visited this store previously and been helped by the manager I believe, and she was extremely helpful. The associates on the hand… not at all.

Went to this location for the first time and was impressed with the amazing customer service of the two staff and the manager Akira. I have been a Levi's customer for decades, buying all my Levi's jeans from Levi's stores (the non-outlet stores) and I am yet to encounter someone so knowledgeable and so passionate about Levi's products, the fabric and the history of Levi's, as much Akira. I learned so much from him and I now know that I won't buy any other jeans than Levi's jeans. Akira explained everything without trying to be pushy or salesperson like. Levi's company, if you are reading this: you should get staff like Akira, to train your other staff. As a customer, I will go back to this location because he and his staff provide honest opinion.

Pop-up shops are a sign of the times for the dying Mall concept to fill their expanding vacancies. Some temporary stores are more interesting than others. Generally serving as a clearout centre for a brand's stock. Levi's has set up in Mapleview until the end of January 2020. It is what it is, and stock is limited but there's a reasonable assortment of Levi's clothing and accessories. Friendly staff are willing to help customers with their shopping, make it easy. Discounts on almost everything.

I went into the Mapleview location to find a pair of dark-wash skinny jeans and I was incredibly pleased to find the exact pair I wanted, thanks to Akura, the kind salesperson who went out of his way to find the best fit for me. The Levi’s company and this particular store should be thankful to have him representing them; he is knowledgeable, patient, and genuine. He didn’t sell me a pair of jeans, he sold me an experience; a key factor in forming a lasting relationship with a customer. I will definitely be going back to this location for future purchases and recommending this store to others. Thank you Akura!

Went in there maybe a month in a half ago, I wish I got the name of the rep who was helping me. (Overall the whole team was helpful) but this rep went above and beyond he was a younger man, caucasian descent, he was tall maybe about 6'3 slightly under 6'4. I hope he gets the recognition because he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, provided me with upmost customer service. He showed he enjoyed his time working there, & provided different pairs of jeans for me to try and offering his opinion.If you look through my other reviews, I am very transparent and if it's a bad experience I write a review too. This young man represented the company in such a positive way that I will highly recommend this location to anyone!

Had a wonderful time shopping for my first pair of Levi's at this store. They had a great variety of jeans and everyone was helpful and friendly. All I had to do was tell them what I was looking for and they showed me different designs that fit nicely. Thanks for all the help!

I've always liked Levi's, but I just found out that the products sold at outlet stores have lower quality (wrong sizes), and if you remove the tags, you're not allowed to get exchanges.They've unfortunately lost a customer and I trust many will see this post.

I needed new jeans but what I didn't expect was the amazing service! Right when I walked in, one of the staff members listened to me, helped me get the perfect fits and showed me where the change rooms were. The attendant at the change room was friendly and such a kind soul! Of course, the jeans were good quality but the experience of being guided and welcomed made me feel amazing. Thank you!
