Choose a different location. For some reason they put my food in the bag sideways and all the sauces leaked out. Anyone with common sense wouldn't have done that. Also no need for a fake corporate response - don't waste the time. Just be better.

6:45pm May 16, 2023. Truck in front of me in the drive thru was helped. I waited over 10 min with no response. Pulled up to the window and employees completely ignored me. Pathetic

Just bought from DQ, at Gordon Road, Regina, 2 cheese burgers totally uncooked patty, taste like rubber, totally waste of time and money and I’m hungry don’t know what to do. Please Avoid this place like a Egyptian plaque.

We were the first customers of the day.Promp service and food was goodBUTThere was dried urine on the seat of the men's toilet from the day before and the table we sat at was dirty from the day before. Makes you wonder how clean the food preparation area is.

My wife asked for a plain burger with only pickles. Sent it back twice because they got it wrong. Third time she wiped the burger off with napkins and ate it rather than send it back again. They have a list of promises they make by the till, number two is to “make it right”. Guess those are more suggestions than promises.
