I ordered the Moxi pads and a Triple 8 helmet online. First of all, well-stocked and easy to navigate website! Second, the package was shipped the next business day and it arrived carefully packed and the items were in flawless condition. They were the only shop that had exactly what I was looking for, in my size, and it was at an excellent price. They shipped my order very quickly, and it was thoughtfully packaged. The skates I ordered were great quality, no damage, no scuffs, and clean. Happy to have purchased from them, and will do again!

Where do I begin. Early on in my skate journey I struggled to find a place to shop for skates, parts, and accessories. When I found retrorollers I found everything I need. They met all my needs for skates, plates, tools, jam plugs, etc. To top it off they are the sweetest people that put their all into great customer service. I love that they aren’t here to capitalize off of a community from the outside. I only have great things to say about Retro Rollers! I placed an order for skate pads online (Monday) for curbside pickup and it was processed in less than 24 hours (I picked up the order on Tuesday). Elaine and Phil were a total delight to talk to! They gave me great advice as to how the pads should fit and confirmed the fit for me while I was there. Then we stood there chatting for almost half an hour. It is so obvious to me that they are passionate about their business and truly care about their customers. This was my first in-person interaction with the skate community, and I'm thrilled to have discovered that my first impression 100% supports my understanding of the community as a supportive, safe, and positive space! I cannot emphasize enough how much that means to me, particularly since I haven't found sports communities to be particularly welcoming in the past, and I believe positive first impressions can help to establish a solid foundation when learning something new. (Everyone has been a beginner at some point– you can tell so much about a person's character from the way they treat beginners!)Anyway, I know this is quite a review for safety gear, but they really made me feel excited to be a part of this community! I can't recommend them enough!

Complete 5 star!! I’ve skated here for a while, and I must say, it’s the best place to roller skate I’ve been to! I mean they go on for so long, you can leave whenever you want, and it’s very cheap to roller skate!! And the best part about them, is the skate shop!! My roller skates were bought from here, and they’re amazing quality! There’s so much more I could say, but I try to keep my reviews short lol. Long story short, buy roller skates here if you want roller skates, and I recommend skating here.I do recommend this place.

For real THE best place/site to get anything roller skates related. Bought my pair of Sure Grips and Gumball stoppers along with a Y3 tool (one of the only stores right now who actually carries the option with the wrench) and more, and I cannot be any happier.The shipping was surprisingly quick within Canada which was amazing since I was too excited to get my stuff. I did have an issue with one product being the wrong one sent but, their customer service replied quickly and resolved the issues within hours.I know this sounds like an automated reviews but I swear to everything that these guys are legitimately awesome.Earned a life-long customer for sure

I have never owned a pair of roller skates and recently decided to take skating up as a new hobby to challenge myself. I contacted Retro Rollers on a Wednesday at 5pm inquiring on what their recommendations would be for a beginner. They answered my many questions in such an efficient and timely manner including advising proper sizing. After placing my order the following morning, I received my new skates, helmet, and pads on the Thursday - the very next day after my initial inquiry - delivered directly to my door by 7:45pm. I spent the next hour and a half in my basement practicing on my new purple Sure-Grip Boardwalk skates, and I am in love! Elaine & Phil offer the most incredible customer service, advice and delivery. I felt confident throughout the process that I was receiving quality products as well as the perfect sized skate for my foot. They truly appreciate their customers, and it was my pleasure to be able to support a small local business - especially during these challenging times.
