Today I came in and was in a big rush as I was on my lunch the service I received from Deep who was working was remarkable he was very kind professional detailed and quick. highly recommend

Horrible I am really disappointed because I go often there because it's so close to my home I was last week there to fax 4 pages they told me to pay$3.00 so I did after a week I resived email from the company I fax the documents they said they never got it so I whent back to them told them guess they charged me again so instead 4 pages I add one more so total 5 pages to fax it they charged me $8.50 but I was not happy to charge me again when I oredy payed but they never got the fax so from 3 dollars they charged me 8.50 I noticed every time I go send or print out some documents never is the same price keep changing it not happy about them at all really disappointed will never go there any more.

I love coming to the UPS store, the workers are very friendly and they are very helpful and caring. I can get different types of services like my packages delivered, faxes and I can get my printing done which is very helpful for me and my family. Very great service.

Ajay is the best service guy here, come to the store. There are beautiful and wonderful people here who will give you the best customer service ever.

Today I visited this UPS store. I am in awe of their professionalism and customer service. As a senior, it was heart warming to see there is still great customer service and help. Very patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you all so much!

***UPDATE** I called a few weeks ago to follow up on this issue, left a message for the supervisor/manager to call me back and they have not bothered to call.***If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I went in to overnight a package from Windsor to the States, I told the woman I wanted it there the next day I would pay it overnight it, they charged me a $126 to overnight the package, it was not delivered for 3 more days. I called to receive partial refund considering I paid for something that was not Delivered when it was supposed to be, the store location refuses to do anything about it other than a process that will take months, I called UPS themselves and they said that the store is an individual store and it is on them to process an adjustment. The telephone UPS agent I spoke to said that from the looks of it the store that I mailed the package from did not select the option to overnight the package. I have never liked UPS in the Past and this further proves that they do not care about their customers. I will not ever use UPS again, specifically this location. I am not asking for a full refund, I am only asking for the difference that I paid to overnight versus a standard shipping that would have gotten it there the same time it did.

This place is awesome, wonderful people there too. I had a package there and it was 6:30 and they were supposed to close but they stayed open and waited for me. They ended up staying 5-10 min later than they were supposed to. Awesome ups store.

Kid working Friday around noon was clearly high. couldn't calculate the change from $3 of a $2.70 charge
