Jim and the young girl at the counter very helpful, owner Bill is extremely rude. Will definitely not go back to this shop. Found a shop in welland that was more than willing to work on my bike.

Ive never had a problem with these guys, they tell you like it is and want you back on the road, but in a safe manner. Jim has been great with me calling about anything I need to ask. I would and am going to recommend this business to anyone that wants there Harley fixed right the first time!

Pooles cycle is hands down my favourite place to get parts. The staff is incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and always has what I need in stock. Lots of history within this store, even if you want to just check it out you won’t be disappointed!

Been a repeat customer since I first bought my Harley for both repairs & oils. Never had a bad experience. Parts have always been in stock, extremely affordable and the staff behind the counter are not only knowledgeable but super friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for parts for their bikes!
