I came here to buy an ergonomic office chair and a sit/stand work station. John was extremely helpful and did not pressure me. He actually encouraged me to take my time and do my research and come back if I wanted. They have a lot of different chairs at different price points, and John took me through all of them with great detail. Thanks for your help. I'm very happy with my new office setup! Impact Office Furnishings is a remarkable company I’ve had experience dealing with recently. To the sales group and installers, I applaud. If your company is in need of a top class business to outfit your firm with furniture I would not hesitate to call Impact. With upcoming events my company expanded within our building location and was assured deadlines were going to be met, Impact delivered that promise. I had custom furniture fitted into our building after discussion of lead times and measurements were taken by Impact. They always confirmed everything with me including blueprints and order acknowledgments as I like to be involved which was great. Beyond anything else I was impressed they had offered me rental workstations for our expanded area which was delivered and installed/removed by their team who I thought had a professional presence. This allowed our employee’s to get back to work temporarily until the final product arrived. At the finish of things I was glad to have done business, therefore thank you once again everyone at Impact Office.

Very happy with the purchase. Especially the price from Impact Office is even lower then the price on X-Chair's website.

I am was looking for some new chairs for my employees. I wanted something that was ergonomic but also stylish. I had shopped around but I felt that Impact had the best selection and styles. They were most helpful and I found what I was looking for.

We came in looking for a quality desk chair for my wife. The salesman was very helpful and explained the different options available very well. He took a good bit of time with us and we didnt feel pressured at all. We ended up with one of the lower priced chairs out of the range we tried because it fit my wife the best. He made a call to the factory to double check our choice of fabric was available. The salesman was open and honest about the pros and cons of different options for example mesh vs padded fabric construction. The chair was ordered and came within the expected time frame and fits our needs perfectly.

I have been shopping for a couple of weeks now for a height adjustable table for my home office. I searched online and checked out a few office furniture stores and found Impact Furniture. They had quite a large selection of sit-stand tables. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and told me that they can do custom sizes for almost no extra fee. Got my table custom sized and delivered in about 4 weeks. As I WFH and in front of computer all day, it really helps to easily swtich between sit and stand. Very happy with it. Thanks impact!

I purchased a chair about a year ago.1) Extemely rude, they dont take kindly to questions about their nearly thousand dollar chairs.2) The chair has extremely limited functions. The lean back feature does NOT work independently from the seat.I would not recommend this company pure from my experience with their rep.

When looking for new chairs for our office we went to the friendly staff at Impact Office. They have a huge showroom in Vancouver where you can test out chairs for yourself and look at fabric and colour choices. They were extremely knowledgeable about ergonomics and fitting chairs for different functions and body types! I will definitely be using them again in the future!
