Go place to take a dog for a quicky, but no bags or covered containers for the waste. Dogs should be on a leash, put up some signs!

Not much in the park, but good enough for a squat and pee. Maybe we will have a real park some day. Located on the very east side of Oakbank at the end of Elm Street. Used only by the locals as they walk their dogs in the area. Could we have a couple of doggie doo-doo bag locations set up on 4x4 poles?
