They close the building whenever they want. And the only option is drive thru. I drive semi truck so it wasn’t an option

Didn’t get my order correct and charged extra for cheese when then sandwich should have had it on already. Greasier than any food I’ve had. Threw most of it away and they were oblivious about it. I mentioned it, but they didn’t seem to care. Onion rings were mush.

Love having BK in town. I go there many times a week, morning coffee for work, sometimes lunch, or dinner for my son cause I'm too tired after work. The staff are super friendly, a lot greet me by name. Never disappointed.

I normally wouldn’t leave a review on a fast food chain but our experience was so good that I had to! The employees were upbeat and happy. The service was very fast and they were moving people through the drive thru quickly-the food was so fresh (fast food fresh that is haha)! Normally I am not a fan of Burger Kings fries (I love the impossible whopper) but these were so fresh that they tasted great. My husband commented that they are doing everything right and would easily come back to this location. :)

Two nights in a row I’ve stopped here and the lobby was closed, but the Drive-Through was open. I drive a semi so the Drive-Through is not an option for me. The website says they close at 10PM. Last night I arrived at 8:30PM. I tried to call to inquire about their hours. No answer. I asked an employee what time the dining room closes. He said “It depends”, and walked away. Tonight, I show up at 7:30PM. Dining Room again closed. This place is located off an interstate highway. You’d think they could at least take a To-Go order!

I mean, I don't know why BK seems to not stay relevant in the space. Whopper is a Whopper, but 352% better when made fresh with fresh cut vegetables. When yesterday's vegetables are added to a patty made 20 minutes ago bad things happen. Like, it's tastes like leftovers.The new, new chicken is good - can't fake that.Seems like Timmy's is not going to change direction from where they find the chain when it was acquired.Oh well, some other brand will take it's place.

This is my 2nd time in 2 days in a roll getting food that I am allergic too. I ask them in drive through to make sure that my food DONT HAVE MAYO ON IT. I ask for spicy chicken jr. sandwiches an gotten the regular checken that has MAYO. I AM ALLERGIC to it, the lady at the front desk said that it was spicy. Gotten to work an see I was lied too. If you don't have the food don't charge me for it.

So it was alright, they got most parts of the order correct on probably a busy day, not much else needed, and when they do get something wrong you can still go back and they can correct it.

Just ordered food. It is luke warm.... again. The lady at counter was short with us and rude.... again. Do not recommend this location.*updated just called manager to talk to her about cold food and onion rings.managertold me maybe you should eat inside next time". When asked what she could do for me i was told " you call evertime you come". This is rediculios i live 1 minute away on Kraft drive! This is the last time i give a second chance to a business."
