Loan Away

Scammers who steal your identity. They ask you to submit pretty much anything and everything that they need to open stuff in your name then decline your application once they receive it all and say you didn't meet the lending criteria. Watch your credit report and bank account very carefully as this has happened to other people as well.

My worst experience so far trying to get a loan. Should have checked these reviews before contacting this place. I was hung up on the phone twice, spoken to rudely. Totally unprofessional service. Strongly recommend reading the fine print before accepting and offer's from this company.

Being harassed by someone in the Legal Department (Manpreet). I do not even have a loan with these people...it is someone else that I happen to know. She sent me multiple emails which I tried to ignore... but the one time I called her to ask her to stop she hung up on me...guess she didn't like being harassed! What a horrible place to deal with.

DO NOT USE! They will tell you you’re pre approved based on the information you provided them. They will barrage you with emails of pre approval. Then they will email you that you’ve been approved for a loan, then they will still ask for the same documents you’ve sent in before that got you your approval in the first place, after you sent it, they’ll tell you you’re approved and to get funding you will need to send in more documentation that you already provided. Then you’ll get no call or any update to your approval and no money…They’re most likely just stealing information and selling it. Check your credit accounts and report any fraud for it may be connected to LoanAway.

Horrible customer experience, I tried to cancel and they hung up on me! Definitely not a 1 day loan, more like 5 from what I had to deal with. Also they never answer their phone. Would never recommend.

Random guy called me with a very thick east Indian accent said his name was Fred? Wanted to offer me a loan but wanted me to provide a credit card info so they could check to see if I had a large enough balance on it to cover if I missed a payment. I refused then he asked for a family members credit card info instead, again I refused, said if I didn't the company was going to put a negative report into the credit bureau. Whole thing seemed pretty sketchy

Best loan place I've ever felt with. Friendly and efficient. Not sure why everything thinks it's a scam, there really not. Ive reloaned for years !!!

They even do credit checks fraudulently without your consent . Feel no remorse except saying that it will be removed. Scammers and cheats of highest grade

Loan Away has been amazing! I'm only giving 4 stars because there aren't many options for help on the website. I don't always have the option to call a rep, so online functions would be handy.

Don’t use these guys. Their a complete scam and I have reported them to the police. They are investigating the matter right now. They said I was approve for a loan. Then said I didn’t meet the loan criteria that I have to invest in their credit program and when I said to cancel my application they said they would charge my account 375$ to cancel when I only spoke to them for 5 mins on the phone. I have reported them to the police and IRS. An investigation is proceeding on them now
