Bought a new washing machine it's still under warranty been broken since December 8th and I've got nothing but a run around! I have a $988.00 door stop that's still not repaired! Will never purchase anything from this store again! Must edit review! Manager went above and beyond and within days repairs were done!

Bought a sofa and loveseat. Unfortunately the frame on the sofa wasn't up to par and broke after a few months. They processed my warranty claim during busy Christmas season and eventually replaced the sofa. Very helpful and strong communication.
