Great boutique and well-designed products. I was happy to find that they now have the cycling clothes from the canadian brand Peppermint. That allowed me to try them before buying them. The staff is attentive and gives you great recommendations. They also propose a monthly ride in the Mont Royal, too bad that I do not own a race bike to participate.

The product quality is exceptionally high, and their ski jackets are very comfortable. Although response times are longer the costumer service is great, and they go above and beyond to fix problems.

This is a brand I can stand behind. We had excellent service on top of all that this company offers in technical gear. The sales woman knew her stuff and made excellent recommendations for form and fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to buy Orage or recommend it to others. Supporting a Canadian company is also a benefit.

Pire service à la clientèle! Ne répondent pas au téléphone, ne répondent pas au email et ne répondent pas à messenger ! Lorsque vous réussissez à entrer en contact avec quelqu’un au téléphone, aucune aide vous est offert et ils me disent qu’ils sont vraiment débordés... comme si c’était à moi ,le client, de prendre en considération le fait qu’ils sont occupés. Il n’y a aucun suivi lorsqu’il y a un problème avec une commande web! Ils m’ont dit qu’un gérant allait me rappeler pour faire le suivi de ma situation, j’attends toujours...

Mauvais service à la clientèle, le traitement des commandes et la qualité des produits est nulle. Très mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie! J'ai pré- commandé (et payé) un manteau en ligne au mois d'octobre, qui devait arrivé au début janvier et que j'ai finalement reçu 1 mois plus tard....Le zip du manteau était impossible à fermé (j'c'est quand même un manteau à plus de 500$), je l'ai donc retourné il y a un mois et j'attends toujours mon remboursement!!! Ça n'a absolument aucune sens. Pour toutes autres compagnie, les remboursement sont traiter entre 2 et 5 jours max. C'est la première fois que j'écris un avis Google...mais, je pense que c'est important de le dire.

I’ll be honest, I’ve never been to this store. HOWEVER, my mom bought me an Orage jacket when I was 15 in a shop in Bangor, Maine. I’m 27 now and it’s STILL my winter jacket. Not one zipper or seam is broken. After 12 years of use, I just ordered a new jacket.. not because the old one is on its way out, but because I’m tired of looking at it! Excellent quality.
