I want to recommend this optical for several reason but overall, for the fantastic service they provide. We went there and all the family (4) got glasses done- First, my frame broke while cleaning it and without hesitation i got them replaced at no cost. Then my son broke his frames and they also replaced them immediately at no cost. Because we moved to another city, besides all the trouble we were giving them they mailed us the new frames and everything worked out so nice and smooth. Service like this one is what counts !! thanks MonkeySee team ! keep up the great job.

I recently purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Monkey See and would highly recommend them. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me good honest advice to assist in my purchase decisions. I have been to a number of opticians over the years and this was by far my best experience. I will return to Monkey See. The owner/operator is fortunate to have such competent and caring staff...they over delivered. Thank you.

Excellent store. As I walked into the store a employee approached and immediately offered assistance.She was helpful and more than willing to answer all my questions and offer any potential solutions for the eye wear I was looking for.Lots of different brands to choose from.Parking is limited at the front of the store.Well worth a look if you are in the market for glasses or sun glasses.

Awesome selection and staff! I am thrilled with the service and with my new glasses. I cannot speak highly enough of their care, generosity, kindness, and expertise. New to the area, they provided a welcome like none other (a gift of familiar rolls of toilet paper we had not yet found in any store) and lots of laughs. They should win an award in the small, independently owned business category for being the best. Short of that, be sure to check them out.

The wonderful staff blend professionalism with a sense of humour that I really appreciate. Great value and a large selection of frames to suit any face. Exceptional service and fair pricing. Great service at this shop! My 6 year old son needed some sports glasses for hockey as well as swim goggles and we received some great advice in choosing something that would work. Staff were very helpful, friendly and patient. Lots of giggles made the process of choosing glasses easy!

After going to multiple optical stores I was unable to find a pair of glasses I loved for my face. The staff at Monkey See went above and beyond. They found a pair of glasses online that they thought would work, they offered to order them in before I purchased them. Sure enough they were perfect. They had my glasses ready within a week of the order. The customer service was fantastic, they made this purchase easy !
