They showed up on the arranged date at my storage unit, LATE with no moving truck and the owner said he thought we were supplying the truck?! This move was arranged through monarch recovery services (contract) and the one guy was higher than a kite, giving us every excuse in the book saying he hadn't slept in 4 days and they couldn't move me that day. The owner gave me and my addictions worker some sob story about a family member being in the hospital but this was highly unprofessional and I have my own sob story and he was adding to it. I was staying in an abused woman's shelter and in recovery, and now had No one to move me. Furniture surplus guys were nice enough to move my furniture for me for free as these guys were such flops. They did come back the next day with a truck but they really messed up bad. I would deter anyone from ever using this company. Big rip off! The owner should be in a retirement home not moving furniture. He was useless. My 63 year old dad did half the work and was telling him to get out of the way because he was slowing them down with his gimpy leg.

They were quick fast friendly professional and I have never been moved so quickly and with such little stress. Very happy with this company.

Worst experience of my life. Warning to all those on disability. My roommate who has MS and I hired this company to move our property from one apartment to our new location 30 minutes away. My roommate went to the new location to direct placement of boxes etc. I stayed behind and showed them what needed to be taken from yard. After a few minutes I went back into the house only to discover they had already left. I stood there in shock as I saw the living room still full of boxes and some furniture. Kitchen and and bedroom were also loaded with what we needed to be moved. Couldn't believe my eyes. When asked why he left over half of our belongings there he said the truck was full. I called my friend at new location telling her what had happened so she took a picture of the truck when they arrived. It was only half full. We spent the next 72 hours trying to move the rest ourselves. It was a horrible experience and I don't wish it on anybody.

Worst move ever. Moving is stressful enough without these 3 amateurs handling it for you.Refused to fully load truck up with all the belongings leaving every room still loaded with boxes, clothes, furniture and this list goes on. Then bragging that it only took 3 hours. Of course it only took three hours, the job was only half done. A couple of days before the scheduled move I spoke to the owner to ask some questions about the move and packing etc. He must have forgotten because he did nothing he promised. Now we're in a panic and scrambling to empty the apartment before tenancy ends. We're exhausted making countless trips back and forth to finish their job.. that's a real challenge for three older women with health and mobility issues..At least give us the option to pay more if allotted time goes over.. Always remember you get what you pay for so do some research on reputable moving companies that will give you a free home estimate.Happy moving everyone.
