This location of Monsieur Muffler has by far the most reliable, honest and professional mechanics I have ever met. They always find an affordable solution and are completely transparent. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I literally never post reviews for anything online, but these guys deserve it.If you think your garage is good, it's because you never went to this one. They are incredibly professional and generous. They won't try to rip you off. In the past two years, in addition of my oil and tires changes, I went there two times for small issues, and they fixed it on the spot, without charging crazy amounts just to take a look at the car. If you go at the dealership, they charge you 80$ just to put your car on the lift, even if they do nothing. These guys are always here to help you out!Their prices are good, they tell you when repairs are necessary or not, and if you have an old car and not a lot of money, they always offer cheaper options for repairs. Also, they are super quick and efficient. If you're waiting for your oil change and tire changes, you won't be waiting all day. 45 minutes and you're on you way back to home/work, and trust me they are on time. If you have an appointment at 8:30, you car is on the lift at 8:30.I would recommend this garage to everyone. During the past two years, all my family switched to this one and we couldn't be happier.Thank you so much for all your time and expertise, it is truly appreciated!

Nice people and fast service

Although I only went to them for a diagnostic in the end, they were very friendly, honest and open to available options, involving the repair (muffler).

Great service and price compared to Canadian Tire at A13 Ste Dorothée who messed up a simple job with a Volvo part. I had to order it myself and get the Muffler team install it for a reasonable price. Some phone tagging to pay before closing time so I could pick up the car after 6 pm however I will be back.

for the second time since you remove the bad ones...On the 15'th of january I took my 2015 Ram 1500 to Mr Muffler Pointe Claire for a very simple exhaust joint leak.The mechanic not wanting to bend over and properly install the spacers between lift and truck frame lifted my truck with the lift pushing my running board up until the lift legs got to the frame.The truck was not exactly centered on the lift so the right side was worse being pushed up about 1 and a half inch.Wen I saw that I went in the garage and confronted the mechanic with his obvious mistake to wich he replied that the lift was sitting firmly on the frame so all was well. I pointed to the running boards had moved up until the the lift arms got to the frame but he would not aknowledge that this was not normal.I told him to put it down and that I was out of there.When we got the truck of the lift the left board returned to its normal position but the right one had been pushed too far and stayed up by approximately an inch.I heve no words to say how stupid and or careless one need to be to work like this !!

Quick tire change for a good price

Excellent service at a great price. I had a bad fuel pump which other shops were estimating over a thousand dollars to replace. Pascal (mechanic) replaced mine for less than 500$ including labor. They won my continued business for as long as I live in Laval.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
