Frank & Henry's Service Ltd

I was in Kingston working but live 2.5 hrs north and at 730 AM when leaving my hotel, realized my back tire of my car needed air. I googled garages near where I was staying and Frank & Henry's Service Ltd. was a garage that was open at that time. I drove to the garage to see if they could add air to my tire. After a brief discussion with the owner, I listened to his advice and let him take my tire off the car and check to make sure I didn't have something in the tire as he said it didn't appear to be a slow leak. Good thing I did because he did find a screw. He made the repair quickly and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this garage and told my work colleagues what a great service they provided!!

Got my car saftied here, pretty solid experience, they did it on short notice and it didn't take long at all.

I needed to have a full replacement of my clutch within a couple days and this place went above and beyond for me. Jay was eager to get me in and get the job done on my time crunch and had me drop the car off 15 minutes after our initial conversation. He finished the job in less time than I thought could be done and my 2013 car now drives like it’s brand new. He educated me on what was wrong with the car and was honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will never go to a different mechanic in Kingston!

Amazingly fast efficient did not waste any time! Very friendly and no 150 percent mark up like most garages! I'll tell many to take their cars to Frank and Henrys! Thanks again guys for fixing my car quickly with no appointment to make sure I could get back to work. Amazing garage!!

I had them do some work for me along with a provincial inspection on a vehicle because I was bringing a car in from out of province. I stopped by and looked at what they had quoted me and looked at the vehicle on the hoist and everything lined up. I would say they are very honest and fair with their prices. I will be back. I would recommend this place to anyone. They do not do fleet vehicles though.

Arrived from Ottawa and front tire making a rhythmic rubbing noise. Called around 230pm on hot Friday afternoon and was told to come ahead in. Checked my car immediately and found loose lug nuts on 2 of my recently changed tires! Almost lost one! Tightened them up andcsent me on my way very quickly with minimal charge! Very friendly, helpful and fast. Can't thank them enough!!! Wish I lived here so I could come here regularly. Highly recommend!!!!

Over the long canada day weekend on friday the 30 of August we were coming in to Kingston ontario from quebecs eastern townsips.Luckly we only were roughly about 5 km from town of kingston when one of the valves on my tire came loose and started leaky air leaving us stratted on the side of the busy highway.Not knowing are were abouts and exactaly were we could go to get it fixed and who had time to do it on this busy long weekend with luck on our side my wise and fast thinking newpew took matters in his hands and found Franks&Henrys automotive services.we managed to get in contact with them and explained our trouble that we were in Frank&Henry service immiatetlay took the time to fit us in and got us back on the road Thanks a million to Frank&henry servive of kingston ontario u got us off the busy highway and into your shop without Hesitation i would highly suggest anyone whos ever in a sitution with a issue like we had to make Frank&henry service your first phone call for help Thanks again guys all never forget what u did for us.your sincerly

I went to Frank and Henry's for my first time as they had the earliest appointment for me to get my suspension checked out. Upon coming to the garage, my car then wouldn't start to bring it in, so as I was stuck in a bind, they pushed it in and diagnosed it and replaced a sensor all under an hour and this was not something that was originally there for. It started right up when they finished and they still looked at the suspension for me.Very friendly and fast service, first time there and certainly not my last time. I am going back there for every problem I have with my car from now on. 100% recommend.

I do most of my basic maintenance but when I run into problems I usually go to Frank & Henry's. I trust them and they have always treated me fairly. Great to see them expanding their site by two more bays.

LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE!! I had to drive from Ottawa to a town where my 80 year-old father lives to bring him to a doctor's appointment in Kingston. It is pouring rain, and as we enter Kingston, we notice the front left tire is making a noise. After visiting the doctor, we got a take-out lunch, and then the noise became extremely loud and the steering wheel started shaking and turning on its own. The first garage we stopped at couldn't see us and suggested Frank & Henry's which was close by. They immediately looked at the van. Apparently, the wheel was falling off!!!! One of the lugs was missing and the rest were loose. He ordered a new lug that came within 10 minutes, tightened the rest, and we were on our way for less that $35.00. The return trip was about 3 hours long, and the ride was smooth all the way home. They were extremely kind to my father who uses a walker and is frail. I shudder to think of what would have happened if the wheel had flown off on the highway!! Thank you Frank & Henry!!
