Fantastic bakery!!! We had the pizza, pear tart and a chocolate tart. Each of them was amazing. Truly a quality bakery!!! We will be back!

Incredible new bakery. Fougasse is delicious, muffins are amazing and large too. If you live cheese they have cheese breads and cheese croissants that will make your day. It's becoming a family event to go there weekly or more. Sometimes there's gluten-free options too

I was so excited to discover this bakery in our neighbourhood! Our neighbours raved about the bread and they were right! Always fresh and always top quality! Their croissants are addicting, I have yet to try a baked good I don’t immediately love! Worth supporting this local business!

Recently, my husband and I went to this lovely establishment for the second time. We sipped our coffees at their only table savouring their croissants and rouleau de raisin. When we got home we carved into a Parisien baguette with dinner and immediately wished we had bought more ( frozen were available!! )

The best bakery in Gatineau. Almost a hudden gem, but I think people are quickly catching on just how good this bakery is! Definite spot worth a visit

Best French Pastries in town! Their 2 Olives, or smoked meat, or ham and cheese Fougasses are delicious. Great cheese bread as well.So far, my favourite pastry is the Paris-Brest!

wow! went in for my first time to see what they had and grab a loaf of bread and was blown away! everything looked so amazing! She greeted me instantly and gave me time to look and suggested some things to try since it was my first time there. The bread was fresh out of the oven and tasted amazing! ( of course you need to have a slice of fresh warm bread instantly!!). the pastries look amazing and cant wait for the husband to try them for our dessert tonight! the environment and set up is also very cute, warm and open. def recommend !

Just tried their olive fougasse and it was to die for! So incredibly fresh that my last bites were taken with my eyes closed to heighten the experience and make it last longer! This new location is close by for me, so I’ll definitely become a regular there!J’ai hâte d’essayer tous leurs produits!
