We bought a new car today! Thank you Brooks we are very pleased with the vehicle and service. Registration support, financial knowledge and all round care. We will definitely purchase a vehicle from here again.*** Update *** The car kept breaking down, and we were given a 1 year warranty. It's still not 100% but we're stuck with it and the finance for the next 3 years. Check the vehicles really well.

Would not recommend to anyone. Paid $1000.00 deposit to hold a vehicle. They sold it to someone else and didn't tell me until I came in to finalize the sale. Go somewhere else

Sold me a car that squeaks when driving and has 0 mm on 2 fromt tires. How it passed the inspection I do not know but that is illegal to sell that bald. They said they would rectify this and pay 300/my 650$ (now 1100 because of the tires) bill at the shop and then came back to say they wouldn't after the appointment had already been booked and I was on my way to the appointment. Go elsewhere where they are honest about the condition of the vehicle

Bought a Jeep from them. Car had 2 issues but Brooks got it in and repaired those issues. I m happy with them

Highly recommended place to shop. Ian helped us find the right truck and wouldn’t let us settle on something we didn’t want just because it fit the budget , Brooks made sure we understood everything involved and Kristian made the financing go as smooth as could be. I cannot say enough about these 3. As we all know buying vehicles can be stressful and daunting but that is not the case at Autoplex. Absolutely top notch service before , during and after. Do not hesitate on going to see them. They will make you feel like family whether you buy or are starting to look for your next ride.Thanks again guys!!!!

Fantastic customer service all the way through, and it doesn't stop after the purchase os complete! They gave me false information about a car they were selling (and confirmed it three separate times), thank goodness I verified it on my own. Make sure you double check everything you are told here, take nothing at their word.
