I've used three different home window installers, and Kruse was by far the best. The work was beautiful, and their price was comparable.

On May 20th my landlord ordered a new screen patio door on August 5th I believe they came to install the new screen door it was too small on September 12th they came to install the new door and it's too tall like what the heck won't be recommending it's being 4 months and I still don't have a screen door

My husband ordered and bought a custom piece of tempered glass for my console table - it came with a stamp on it that is quite visible and looks like a smudge mark. I called Kruse to ask about this stamp as they never gave us an option to purchase without a stamp, and did not tell us it would come stamped. Apparently when you order a piece of glass you need to specify you want it clear ? I asked if they could replace it with a new piece without a stamp as my husband was never given the option of a stamp or no stamp which I find completely unfair. Said we would have to purchase a new piece without a stamp, they would not be replacing it. Even though we were never told about it coming stamped, and never given any option or order without a stamp. Super disappointed.

Worst experience ever. I phoned in Dec 2 2019 to have a basement window replaced my boys broke playing hockey. I was told it would be in by before Xmas, when I called Jan 07 2020, to see the status of my window, I was told it was not in yet. Fast forward to February 3 I was called to be informed it was in. I then scheduled an appointment with the most miserable, admin lady. They showed up February 7 to install it all stared good but then they wore the dirty work boots in the house broke the old window and left glass all over the basement and drive way. As a contractor my self I understand stuff happens but I couldn’t believe these hooligans wouldn’t clean up after themselves, not to mention they scratched the frame of my insert while removing. This company is very unprofessional , I wouldn’t ever hire them again.

Randy and Marty were the installers for my new windows. They were extremely professional and efficient during the installation. Everything was clean and tidy when they were finished with the installation. I would recommend Kruse Glass for any window purchase.

Had an antique window repaired; parging replaced. It was done very poorly and cost me $65. When I returned the window to the store and asked them to do it again the window was kept for 2 days... The parging was not replaced again and I was told it was because I hadn't waited for it to dry. 4 months later the window is falling apart and I've replaced the parging myself with $20 worth of product from Home Depot and ... It dried in 3 days. (Thank you to You Tube for the video tutorial) Hmmmm. In the end I have to point out I had nothing to do with their install tech and won't recommend their service to anyone... At least if it's an antique window.

Had a mishap with a horse in trailer that smashed tempered glass to smithereens…. Stopped in to Kruse GLASS and PRESTO… it was done…and beautifully! A DIFFICULT JOB! Thank you guys!

Had a large bay window replaced in my home. This company did an excellent job and were thorough and polite and cleaned up very well after job was done. Very pleased with results and product.
