This Pizza Pizza location in the east end of Kingston is a fantastic choice, especially if you're looking for a late-night option. Their efficient app-based ordering system allows you to order ahead and conveniently pay in advance, ensuring a quick and seamless pickup experience. I highly recommend trying their well-done pizza, which consistently comes out perfectly cooked and delicious.While they don't provide dining tables, this makes it an ideal spot for grab-and-go situations. If you happen to be in the vicinity of Thousand Islands, you'll be pleased to know that this particular Pizza Pizza store is the closest one in the area. Overall, it's a convenient and satisfying choice for pizza enthusiasts, particularly those located in the east end of Kingston.

So I just ordered a pizza and I assumed it came from this location since it’s the only one near me and I found hair melted into my cheese on my pizza . This offered a replacement but why will I want food like that again

Poor quality and customer care.. ordered pizza and two large fries, pizza was OK, fries were not cooked, the box was full of oil and the fries were raw.. called customer service and was told that could drive back to the location and get two new boxes of fries.. I told them that this is a half hour away so I would like a store credit because it would be a hour round trip and the pizza would be cold by then. I was told that the best they could do would be a 5 dollar credit, when I told them that this isn't even the price of one of my orders of fries and would like a credit for two large orders of fries. I was told that the best they can do is 5 dollars... nice customer service..Stay away... order Dominos. They take care of their customers and guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back...

Pizza Pizza is leading the game in Kingston. The plant based options are fire!The plant based chick'n bites are a game changer, my non-vegan friends and partner enjoy them a lot. The Spicy plant-based chick'n Sandwich with dairy free cheeze is awesome as well. Lots of vegan options available here but the super plant pizza is highly recommended, careful for the spicy kick in the plant based chorizo, but it's delicious. The restaurant is always very accommodating, delivery/pickup available.

Make sure you answer your phone when your pizza arrives or they will just leave. Don’t even try to come knock on the door or anything to actually Deliver the pizza. Now it’s over an hour and still waiting for them To try and “re deliver” my pizza when they didn’t try to deliver it in the first place. Last time I order from here.

Really disappointed :( I don’t usually make reviews unless they’re good ones. Placed an order last night. Pizza pizza is not my go to, but it was close to my house with delivery. I don’t like delivery apps like skip the dishes, and it was a bonus they have onion rings on the menu as that was the main thing I was craving and figured my kids could have pizza.My order arrived on time, but the onion rings were so over fried/burnt they were inedible. They were just broken little pieces of breading without any onion.There was dark grease filling the bottom of the box. It was so gross. There’s no way they can look at that and think it’s okay to serve a customer!I am pretty sure they sent me two large pizzas instead of medium… which sure, score? No… it was a waste, because we will not eat all of that and the one was so seriously undercooked.I asked for extra sauce, as in the past they haven’t put enough sauce on. That was a mistake because the extra sauce was excessive. It was all I could taste.I paid extra for bacon strips and had a few pieces of what i thought was ham at first? It was either only fat or was practically raw bacon? Really strange texture and I couldn’t eat it. That really threw me off.This wasn’t actually that cheap, it turned out to be 35$ and only 2 pieces of pizza were eaten. The second pizza was actually decent and the quality / standards I would expect from pizza pizza.I don’t want a credit as I am never ordering from a pizza pizza again. Seriously. I have never had a positive experience.They are franchised, and because of that, they don’t always follow corporate standards. I am really concerned reading reviews about employees touching food without gloves / proper hand washing etc. I’m hesitant to call the store itself as I doubt I will get a refund. I see other people have also had an issue with that. I’m sure I will have better luck calling head office.I really hate writing reviews like this. I know businesses struggled during the pandemic, but this is just super disappointing and not okay.
