I have purchased many Thumper units over the years. This particular brand is made for professional use. I can not live without my Thumper machine. I get so much relief in my neck and spine when I use the Thumper Pro. I have noticed that the latest generation of Thumpers are made better than ever. My new machine runs very smoothly. This companies customer service is the very best. I picked up my unit today and I purchased one to give as a gift as well.. Thank you to the owners of Thumper "and to your great staff too. I love my thumper! After my knee replacement my other leg ,back was cramped and sore from therapy.Thumper helps so much with the pain that I am walking and feeling so good. Thanks

Recently purchased my first Mini Pro massager and I am loving it so far! It is the perfect strength for me and easy to use on myself and on others. My boyfriend goes to the gym frequently and he also loves using it post work outs. Great quality massager compared to others in the market. Highly recommend!

Always read the manual and follow instructions! It's a durable and powerful product. I am looking forward to having my Mini Pro with me for a while. It really helps to relax my muscles and get the blood flowing!

We are a chiropractic office that uses the Thumper Maxi Pro massager for all our patients before their adjustment. Every patient absolutely LOVES this machine and are happy we provide it as a service before their adjustment. We had one randomly stop working after we bought it brand new a few days before and I contacted the customer service and Andrea was absolutely incredible in helping us return the damaged one and getting a new replaced one. She was professional, funny, and super nice to work with.

While this is a powerful and super pricey massager, it is very unreliable and will burn out with a burnt smell. The front plate of this where the roller balls are split in two, and the inside motor was super hot with exposed wires that smell of burning. Very dangerous and wondering if its UL listed. Don't waste your money on this, there are much cheaper choices out there. This happened after only less then one year of once a week usage. And does not live up to the price tag it charges. The company is also not very supportive nor responsive and will bill you $ for shipping it back and forth for fixing it. They will not replace it. Save your money, this is a dud.please note, i have two of these, one purchased from Brookstone long ago, which died after 2 years of use and thought it was my fault even though the burning smell was present and it super overheated. The one I am reviewing here was purchased and used less then one year, so their quality has diminished further. SAVE YOUR MONEY and look else where

Awesome customer service, I called three times with questions about the massagers and all the reps were so friendly and helpful. In the end, I decided to purchase the Lithium8 as a recommendation from my chiro and it's been great to use. It helps relieve my shoulder and back pain.Note: they are currently closed for walk-ins but I gave them a call beforehand to arrange pick up.

We love our Mini Pro. We are long time Thumper users until I gave my friend ours, after he developed a muscle condition. We couldn't live without it so ... we bought another one!

I have been a thumper fan and user for 20 plus years in practice and was excited to get the lithium thumper finally. but its performance pails compared to the original. not a fan for sure.....

Sadly disappointed with the new Thumper mini pro. I have been using a Thumper for about fifteen years, in fact sold them all over North America at trade shows and public venues. I loved the earlier models because of the high pulse rate per second they provided. That has now been reduced and it is just not as effective. Takes twice as long and is not nearly as satisfying
