RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM STORE - I did not receive 80% of the items listed in your reply below as it clearly shows in my photos. Therefore you DO deserve this rating. Even you are acknowledging that the basket I received was not what I was suppose to receive by listing what SHOULD HAVE BEEN in the basket. And the items listed below are for the $44.00 basket. My work ordered me an $85.00 basket so there should have been at least 1.5 to 2 times more product - which there was not.ORIGINAL POST - After coming home from the hospital my work sent me an $85 gift basket of chocolates/goodies. What I got was $10 of Dollorama candy like Giant Gum Balls & Peach Rings. The Basket it came in was FILTHY. Then my work called them to complain, they said it was a NEW" person that put the basket together. they were sorry and would send another basket. I just got that one & it's worth about $20. 1 of the chocolates was a WalMart Brand-GreatValue. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Spend your money somewhere else. I have even had issues trying to post this review to their website. If I could pick ZERO Stars I would."

Linda was awesome! She made a great bouquet for my fiancé’s bridal shower.I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants great flowers and a great service in town.

The owner was extremely thoughtful and incredibly efficient. I had come in late (6p.m.) asking for an arrangement for a funeral the next day at 10a.m. Though someone else may have turned me away, due to the short notice, she actually agreed, and went out of her way (woke up before business hours) to make sure the arrangement was completed ahead of time.I will forever be thankful for her compassion during this difficult time and the flowers looked incredible! Would highly recommend.

The owner is so so nice and very patient. I appreciated her help so much! I noticed that the place was more expensive than other flower shops though & the decorations that she charged extra for were underwhelming. Cute shop overall :)

In search of a local florist to supply a short notice flower arrangement for a family members funeral, I came across Flowers C Us’ site. I messaged the number on their website and immediately heard back from Linda after hours. Within a short time, her and I agreed on a suitable arrangement, fleshed out the delivery requirements and specifications for the size and colours of the cross arrangement. Linda was highly communicative and kind. Delivery was made the morning of the funeral on an early Saturday morning and she sent pictures and a video the day beforehand via text. Overall a positive experience and hassle free.

Got a vause of flowers yesterday from my friends for my retirement. They are absolutely amazing beautuful fresh flowers lots of them and it was put together so beautifuly . I've never bought flowers here but they got themselfs a new client. Thank you I love my flowers you did an amazing job . To me they are a 10 stars not a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

BUYERS BEWARE!I placed an $85 (+ HST) flower arrangement order last Friday, May 14 for a friends 30th birthday. I called ahead of time to make sure day of delivery was possible, and notified the address was less than a 5 minute drive from the shop. I spoke with Linda and she assured me that it was absolutely doable, and to complete the 'Designers Choice' arrangement on their website. Unfortunately, the 'Designers Choice' option did not include a photo, however I noticed similar arrangements priced the same as the Designers Choice and was looking forward to what would be created.I was beyond shocked and disappointed when my friend shared the photo of her arrangement with me. Firstly, the colour combination of blue and pink to me screams gender reveal, not 30th birthday, and no where near what is advertised on their website. The odd shaped vase (looks nothing like what is featured on their Facebook/Instagram) with the ribbon around it? Very disappointing. I called and spoke with Linda to explain my disappointment, and find out what went wrong. She asked what she could to do help the situation, and I asked her to supply an arrangement that looks like what is advertised on their website.A short while later, I had my friend send me this image of 5 roses as the make up" arrangement. It still does not look any where near to what is advertised on their website. The fullness and assortment was completely lacking. When I spoke with Linda by phone (for the 3rd time now)

Beautiful arrangement. Arrived fast. Very friendly. A little on the pricey side

I can't say enough great things about them. One time I needed 100 roses and she was able to get them within an hour, she is a LIFESAVER. Every time I have ordered anything she has delivered it promptly and the recipient was ecstatic. You won't be dissapointed.
