Hired to unload 10 ft uhaul.Booked by phone confirmation received by text. Did not show up on February 1st as agreed. My husband and daughter were forced to unload by themselves!!! After leaving messages and texts they called 90 minutes after the agreed meet time and said they couldn't find a record of the booking. I still have the texts!!!! Awful experience. By the way my husband has very bad knees and will probably pay fir this for days.
