Church St. Garage Bar
The best place in Downtown Toronto to spend an evening with friends. Some nights have amazing drag shows, great performances that add to the overall ambience. The food is delicious and the servers are extremely kind and ensure you’re always taken care of. I keep going back to this place for more! Highly recommend.

We went to the Garage for brunch, but unfortunately the hours on the website were inaccurate and we arrived too late. Apparently brunch ends at 2:30 not 3:30. Nevertheless, we had a lovely lunch.The large side patio was packed, because it was a sunny day, so we opted to eat inside. The place was a bit understaffed, however, the servers were friendly and efficient as they flew about the restaurant.There are a number of veggie options on the menu, which are indicated by a green leaf. It’s always nice to have some veggie choices that are clearly marked and don’t require a special order.I had the penne à la vodka, which was delicious. The cream sauce was neither too watery, nor too rich, and the garlic bread was freshly cooked. My dining companion enjoyed his spaghetti carbonara as well, although he said the chicken pieces were unremarkable.I’ve been to this restaurant a number of times, and I’ve never had a bad meal or poor service. Easy to recommend.

We LOVED our experience here! Being first timers in the country (and bar) everyone was SO nice, helpful, and all around friendly. Not only were the drinks AMAZING (try the Raspberri Limeade!!!) but the food and vibes were also there. Highly recommend!!! Also, Jeremy is an amazing server and gave us great recommendations!!!!!

Church Street Garage is a great spot for a night out. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they make some killer Jager bombs. Plus, the location can't be beat - right on Church Street in the heart of the action.

This place is the best. Sevice is friendly and quick. Prices, food and drinks are good. The live shows are perfect. Always a great time here! And with some real amazing queens!

Went for the patio experience and was not disappointed. Our server was incredibly polite and accommodating. Made sure I got my preferred drink of choice (Hot chocolate) and made it well too! The veggie wrap I got along with surprisingly good as well.

This was my first time at this establishment. First, I have to say the service was spot on and super friendly and attentive. Great selection to choose from on the menu. My friend and I decided to try the chili and the shepherd's pie. Both dishes were phenomenal and I would highly recommend the chili. The shepherd's pie was lacking some seasoning but I quickly fixed that with some salt and pepper. The cocktails here are simply amazing so make sure you try those. I will definitely be back in the future because I've got my eye on that steak sandwich :-)

They seated us on the patio and it wasn't busy. They were taking foen their umbrellas even though it looked like it was going to rain instead of serving us. They got a little more attentive afterwards.
