Ingrid did my hair today and I am beyond happy!!! Thank you so much for listening to my needs and wants! As a barber/stylist myself...this was an amazing experience. Cant wait to come in again!

My husband and I went for haircuts on February 19, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. We were acknowledged immediately upon entering and were told there was a bit of a wait. There were only two hairdressers working and they were busy, so it was totally understandable. When it was our turn and we got our haircuts, they were exactly the way we had asked for them to be done and we were both very pleased. The two ladies working were Roshann and Jen, and they were both very friendly and experienced. We will definitely be back and hope that they are both working again that day. Great job ladies and thanks again for doing such a nice job. Keep up the good work.

they just simply aren’t worth the $20-$30 they charge, you’re better off going somewhere else for an actual decent haircut

Got my hair cut today by Brittany and she did an amazing job, as always! I used to pay $70+ at fancier salons, but was never pleased with the cut. I have a pixie cut and very thick hair, so the cut and layering really matters. Brittany always leaves my hair looking amazing and is super patient (I am fussy) to ensure it is perfect before I leave. Can't beat the price either!

Terrible experience and now I am left with an awful haircut that I could have done better myself.I asked the lady to get my hair thinned and to have my curtain bangs frame my face, but NOT too short - long enough they can still be tucked behind my ear. She seemed as she understood and starting cutting, didn’t talk to me at all and once I realized she cut off WAY too much it was too late. She didn’t ask me either if this was enough like normal hairstylist do. When she was thinning my hair out, she was also yanking on my head combing it and it happened more than three times! It did not feel good whatsoever. I don’t know why she felt the need to rush, the salon was not busy and I asked for a basic service. Although it was probably the easiest $25 she made in less than 10 minutes, clearly it shows through her work.To top it off, the brush she used (to blow my bangs out) had a TON of blonde, black, etc hair on it! Absolutely disgusting, she didn’t sanitize it and proceeded to brush my hair with other peoples hair in it… my hair is brown. I left with damp bangs that she “blow dried.” So disgusting to use a USED brush on someone else!I will never be returning after this awful experience. Such bad customer service and so unsanitary.

Krissy is awesome. Last yr, I was in tears with the extremely poor haircut that some young, newbie at First Choice on Bowen rd location gave me. Very very poor job. I was starting a new job at the bank. Came to this location. Krissy fixed it for me.

They were amazing!Loved my hair cut! And the small talk wasn't boring. It wasn't the weather. We found common ground about animals and it was very enjoyable!Huge shout out to Kristy! You were awesome! See you again in a few months!
