This Harvey's is the WORST for drive-thru. We waited almost 30 minutes in lineup, and that's not one isolated time. That's the usual thing in our experience. Your order, no matter what it is, takes FOREVER. Go in it might be faster!

I always order through the Harvey's app and never have to wait. Property seems a little run down with broken fences and a tired store front. The drive thru window has been broken (cracked) for as long as I can remember. Fortunately the food is good which keeps me coming back.

They advertise the works as Harv sauce, which is what i was expecting. Aside from the fact I asked for no tomato, i was extremely disappointed to get mustard and relish. I threw out the burger and went to McDonald’s.

Enjoyed another meal at Harvey’s with friends! Love the staff! Food was yummy as usual. Only things I would mention here are the conditions of the booths and what happened to the bathrooms? Why are they the size of coffins? Lol

Food good. Staff was friendly. Restaurant take out side Harvey's was dirty. The tables not washed and floor was a mess. There is no way that was this morning's dirt as I was there at 12:00. It is very run down looking. Seat cover in booths in need of repair. The bathrooms needs cleaning also. We were so cold eating our lunch. I remember when Harvey's was a good clean place to eat. Disappointed in over all hygiene.

I am beyond frustrated with this place Employees are rude and act like the toppings are coming off their paycheck. I specifically asked about my fries and they lied to me telling me they were in the bag, of course not, yes I know I should have double checked but I shouldn't have too. Also building is dirty and in need of maintenance, definitely won't bother going there again

Food was ok. However the cleanliness of both the restaurant and bathrooms are absolutely unacceptable. I won't be patronizing this Harvey's ever again.

I ignored the review because I usually like the mushroom burger and I only go about 2x a year.. sometimes when the coupons come out. The sanitation is deplorable, I could see that the employees had on dirty shirts, sauce all over their hands, greasy hair and could not remember a thing about my order, overcharged me when using a coupon, gave me regular instead of Diet Coke and put hot peppers on when it was the last thing that I asked for. The burger itself was a sloppy mess, inedible, a long black hair in the wrapper of the burger so it was just a complete waste of money.. no ice in the pop either. Losing my appetite was an understatement, I am gagging writing this review. The bun had disintegrated by the time I got home.. and nope I would not feed this to my dog, he would get the runs. This type of service is systemic throughout our town.. especially convince foods. I will not go back ever. This is my 2nd bad experience in a year and I just had to make it known so that owners can address these issues. It used to be my favourite place to go for fast food in Huntsville. Not anymore. I would not recommend to travellers.

This place is filthy and the fries were cold. Under every bench there is a layer of dust and crumbs. I could jus imagine the kitchen.
